The car was retrieved on 7/15.

Thanks!

So...

June 9th: Last day Casey sees Caylee (Uh...yeah.)

June 15th: Granny takes Caylee to see Great Gramps

June 16th: Geo sees Casey and Caylee leaving, during his fave show, and he leaves for work at 2pm.

*June 16: (beginning at 3pm) and 18: Casey makes "frantic" calls to various people.* Something happens to Caylee and Casey panics?

June 17th: Backs car into garage, borrows neighbor's shovel, removes Caylee's body from car and hides body in yard

June 24th: Geo discovers his "stolen" gas cans in the trunk of Casey's car

*At some point Casey retrieves Caylee's body from where she originally hid her, decomp has set in, places Caylee in the trunk, dumps Caylee's body, ditches the car.*

June 30th: Car towed to impound.

July 15th: Casey's car retrieved from impound lot, smells like decomp.

Regardless of all the "Cindyisms" we have. If you strictly with the facts - the last DOCUMENTED person to be with Caylee alive is Cindy - on Father's Day. Only Cindy and George say they saw Casey and Caylee on the 16th.

The one thing I can't get around is the car. George comes across as a caring, emotional, loving person. When he went to pick up that car, even if you go by his account of seeing Casey on the 24th - that is still quite A LONG time that he hadn't seen EITHER Casey or Caylee. He got in that car and smelled that "smell" - he has admitted that he knows that "smell" and yet, he drove it home and cleaned it out. WHY WHY WHY WHY didn't he call 911 from that impound lot - WHY WHY WHY wasn't he worried that something could have happened to BOTH HIS GIRLS (Casey and Caylee). At that time Cindy hadn't rounded her up yet. Many times people are carjacked and end up dead and no one knows until the car is abandoned and towed. I just don't get it. HOW did he NOT KNOW that something could have happened to them BOTH? Casey's purse was on the seat. I can't get around this and I wish someone would ask him about that.

Wow...that story could sound so real if it weren't so detailed and sounded so fake. LOL

I know. Maybe George was trying to put some "distance" between himself and the car trunk that day or offer some circumstance where he didn't get close enough to smell decomposition.

We don't know that Casey's car was parked IN the garage. The question regarding who took the cans out of the trunk was ambiguous. The cans were retrieved from the trunk. But, in any event, he was never asked and did not say whether or not he smelled decomposition on June 24th. He did ask where Caylee was and Casey said she was with a babysitter.
Yes we do - go back and look at the transcript - George says he HEARD the garage door go up!

She could have parked outside but raised the door to get into the house.

Does anyone know anything about pictures taken recently of Caylee? A poster mentioned it in another thread and I haven't heard this yet.

Ok - I'll give you that - even though usually if you park in the driveway you come through the front door. That doesn't matter. I don't get the behavior from picking up the car. How did he NOT KNOW? Why did he clean it out? Why did Cindy wash the pants? (and then say different things about when she told LE about doing it)

I don't know what to think about this person who is posting in the Jesse thread..........

SO...smell in car occurred AFTER the 24th, when Geo discovered gas cans in Casey's car and BEFORE retrieval from impound lot.

All the information about Casey coming to her parent's home on June 24th is coming from George.

George has a vested interest in making the statement that Casey came to the house on June 24th and he found the gas cans in her trunk and took them out of the car THAT day. Otherwise, the only other time George could have retrieved the gas cans from the trunk of the car was on July 15th when the car was brought home from the impound yard. If he removed the gas cans on July 15th, he opens himself to criminal charges of tampering with evidence and in fact, hiding evidence. He had reported those gas cans stolen and never told LE he had found them.

Sometime in the last two weeks, LE came back to the Anthony home and took the gas cans as evidence. George's statement about June 24th wasn't made until after LE took the gas cans.

The original police report George made was on June 24th. If Casey did, indeed, come by the house later that day and George did find the gas cans in her car that day, then it was incumbent upon George (especially since he's ex-LE) to call LE and explain that he had found the gas cans, that his daughter had taken them, and that he didn't want to press charges.

Personally, I don't believe the events of June 24th, as stated by George, actually happened.

Agreed on all of these things.

I don't know what to think about this person who is posting in the Jesse thread..........

neither do i but in a round about way it let us know who it is that they think kidnapped caylee.

i think casey is telling half truths mixed in with full blown lies and mixing it up into a blender and the grandparents are not helping things,

i want to know where in the blazes she was going all the times that the baby was supposed to be with the phantom baby sitter

she can steal cars and money but asks to borrow a shovel ??

something aint right there..

i bet she was gonna steal the shovel

this was addressed a bit in chat the other night. you borrow things from neighbors, it isn't that big of a deal. you borrow a shovel, a lawn mower, a cup of suger...it isn't all that abnormal ya know?

I can definitely go along with the kidnapping scenario if it was not for the possible forensic evidence in the back of her car. I wish the DNA evidence would come back already.

Now, going off of the theory that she was kidnapped and disregarding the possible DNA evidence, how about this - what if she wasn't kidnapped but gave her to Jesse and his parents? BTW, Jesse's dad looks pretty scary to me..........

All in all, I have a hard time going along with a kidnapping theory with the possiblity of the DNA evidence from the car. The two dogs hit on the back of the car and then the possible body fluids that were found. Caylee's actual hair being found back there can be explained unless it was a chunk of hair and/or had the 'rings of decomposition' on the ends of the strands. I just can't really come to a conclusion one way or the other until some more evidence comes into play.

What gets me are the changes in Cindy's demeaner and attitude.

From when she first made the 911 call in a panic; frightened and out-of-control......
...to that of being calm, indifferent, and somewhat non-chalant during the interviews with Greta.

but she needed to know who else was home.. because if he was the only one home and she SAW him leave then the coast was clear:cool:

the neighbor went back in to take a shower.

A couple took pictures of a child in their apt. complex they thought looked like Caylee. The pictures didn't show the child's face as she had a hat on that obscured her face. LE checked this out and found that the child was not Caylee. Even Cindy said, it wasn't Caylee.

Have you guys been following this thread? Interesting: http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69066 Oh, I see you have been. LOL

Yes, I would say it is possibly someone with the defense team and they are tossing it out there as a theory. Reasonable doubt has to come from somewhere, doesn't it?

Re: posts in Jesse G. thread...why would she come on here and post this stuff when it is possible that Jesse G. could read it?

the neighbor went back in to take a shower.

but at least she know knew there was one person in the house and if that ONE person left than she could then conclude If her left then the house was empty
