If I lived in the neighborhood I know I would be in the window on a regular basis. My husband thinks I'm like Gladys Crabbitz form Bewitched. I perfer to think I'm looking out for the neighborhood.

In the window? I'd be parked in a chair on the front lawn...parka and all.

Especially if you left your child with someone who doesn't exist. That is NOT responsible at all.

You are really killing me today.....:blowkiss:Love it.

did you watch the video? Just like I said - pull into the garage - doors didn't even open until the garage door was completely down.

Nothing to see folks. I REALLY REALLY WANT TO BE THE ONE TO TEST THAT NEW INVISIBILITY CLOAK AND I HAVE THE PERFECT LOCATION TO DO IT!!!!!!

If I lived in that neighborhood, I would have wanted it to be blocked? Can you imagine the circus?!

Where's Caylee?

I can imagine it.. and what is even worse is that NG and Greta are going to be all over this... and the sad part is I think we are near 70 DAYS with no sign of Caylee!!!!! It is really getting hard to watch them on TV because it is the same stuff, and no talk about the search, no talk about Caylee.

I know this is off the current topic and someone may have already suggested it but

I wish one of Padilla's conditions would have been that she submit to a private lie detector test once she is in the home and that he be able to witness it and see the results. I know her lawyer would not have let it happen but then at least she would still be sitting in jail where she belongs and not in the comfort of her own home. And if Padilla really did put up bail to find the living Caylee, he could find out real quick if his trouble was warranted and if not revoke bail and send her butt back.

IDK.....about blocking the street! Other residents will need to get in and out! I'm sure there are zillions of people attemting to drive down their street and sneek a peak! Just seems really strange, maybe there's so much commotion on that street that they aren't able to get to the house, not yet anyway! Plus, why wouldn't they have blocked the press from the street a while ago if it was a possibility. Seems like Cindy and George should of thought of that sooner if it was an option! Just my 2 cents! Oh well, I'm sure we will all find out soon enough!

Thanks Mendara... I knew it was close to that... but the main FACT is it is too many days!!!! I believe your bold emphasis speaks enough.

I have been asking myself the same question. I have seen people leave their child behind to finish high school when they have moved out of state. I have seen people let their child go stay with people for the summer on farms, at camps, relatives' homes, and the like. They don't file proper paperwork to my knowledge other than to give them a notarized medical release.

So if she did let Casey go stay with a "friend" for the rest of the summer without saying who...what has she actually done besides lie about it? She held the parental rights. She doesn't have to answer to her parents about letting Caylee stay with someone else...however...she does have to provide such proof to LE and be able to produce the child upon request (if I am not mistaken).

This is not the case here, the mother has already stated that her daughter was taken from her.

If you leave a child with a babysitter or a friend, and don't make arrangements with them, it is considered abandondonment (totally spealled that wrong!!!! :) in which case DCF would become involved- if they deem that your child is not safe with you, under the new law in Florida, you have 9 months to do as DCF asks, or you will lose custody of your child. The law used to be one year, but in July of this year they changed it because so many parents were not even attempting to make any effort to try and get there kids back.

The state got sick and tired of these kids going from foster home to foster home and not being able to adopt them out.

"Ding-Dong" - Anthony's door bell rings....

Door opens....

Handsome young man says to Cindy...

"Good afternoon, I am here to personally create Casey's brand new complimentary account with WEBSLEUTHS!

Cindy shouts, "George, get that damn hose"!

cheer up! It's not over.....by any means. LE's silence is a sign of professionalism. It is strategic. They will get her. The next time she walks through that door she will not be walking out.

They said it themselves, her getting out today has zero bearing on the ongoing investigation.
