Probably not. Think he's moved on???

He's done with her! No botty is worth that price! He's probably thinking she's sick in the head and wants to be as far removed from her as possible. In a way, she has messed up a lot of lives. I'm sure many of the involved did not want to be put in this situation, but unfortunately they didn't have a choice in the matter!

its the weather up there right now. They probably can't put the uplink antennas up in this wind as well as helicopters. Only footage we're gonna get today are going to be from the video cams at the place - downloaded and sent back to the studios. did you hear how even that phone call was breaking up? Weather would be a problem today dontcha know.

Sure . . I can see her getting some sort of low-level manslaughter charge -- but the chances of her EVER getting charged with murder are slim to none.

No way. Even if it was an accident the evidence has to show it was an accident and that means SHE has to admit it was an accident and even after she admits it is an accident which she will not - the extent that she took to cover it up will be enough to send her away forever...for murder.

Lots of people have been convicted of murder w/o a body, we don't know what they have yet as far as DNA results, or will have, and also other evidence.

Last I heard, their PC was confiscated, I'm sure it's the same with the phones that have internet access!

I guess I'm surprised that Fox TV isn't airing footage at the house ... after all the build up, I would expect them to .. live.

Right now they are showing the video of the NJ girls who were stuck in Georgia--Dad has them and is bringing them home. The mom is on the phone and is seeing the girls for the first time on tv since the whole thing happened. Mom is crying and so emotional on the phone just thrilled. Wow, a real mom! Hope Casey's watching.

exactly. Even if Caylee accidentally drowned...the cover up and what it entailed for Casey to hide her body and then concoct her infinite and implausible web of lies are more than enough for special circumstances....girlfriend will not get a slap on the wrist even if it was accidental or negligent. That may have happened if she actually reported it and dealt with the consequences but we all know....

Cindy's brother, Rick was posting on topix and and msn site. It hasn't been confirmed here but he sure does have alot to say about that family.

For sure! As if it wasnt bad enough for them living there already with Potty mouth Casey yelling & screaming at her parents when she didnt get her way!

The PCS were returned by LE long ago with the passwords changed...Cindy was pissed off about it.

I'm sure weather is a problems but it didn't stop them from getting the footage at the jail either!
