Is it possible that LP calling out her friends now, saying they have the kid is his way of calling Casey's bluff. Maybe he is trying to accomplish one of two things.

A. Get Casey to freak out because he is dragging her precious TonE and friends into the picture, since she won't talk, therefore hoping she slips up and says something in her panic....or

B. Get Casey's friends to talk, about Casey, since all of them have been hidden in the shadows since this whole story broke. Although LE says they all gave statements and I'm thinking they were probably told to remain silent and not talk to the media, as they may be potential witnesses.

I just can't figure out any other logical reason why he would think that a bunch of 22 yr. olds would be brazen enough to kidnap, or want the responsibility of a child. What would be their motive? I have a 23 yr. old son and I just can't imagine. It just doesn't make sense.

I don't think a bounty hunter has the authority to get someone's cell phone pings. I think you would need a subpoena for that.

And, if he COULD get those records, why wouldn't he get Casey's? Her whereabouts are what we need to know, not the other people's/ It's not their daughter who is missing.

Sounds good to me. I think there are, or have been, some neighbors who post here. Actually some friends and I considered a singing telegram which I mentioned many threads ago. However, we thought the "singer" would never make it past the "advanced security team" Casey has at her front door and Casey would likely never come to the door if they did.

:waitasec: I'm confused, I didn't post anything about the cell phone records, so not sure what you are saying. I was just commenting on why LP is naming names and making accusations.

Casey only needs 2 people on the planet to believe her, Cindy and George. As long as they do, and there is no body Casey will continue to be enabled. Long term with no body she is wrongfully jailed and convicted of child neglect and Cindy can continue to be right. Casey doesn't need LP, or Jose or Websleuths to believe her she has Cindy and George.

IMO, she told Tony her dad would take care of the car because it already smelled & she didn't want to take a chance Tony would offer to try to get the car started for her.

If she wanted to claim the car was stolen.... now it has to be 'stolen' AFTER Tony went there & saw it.

I wonder if Tony asked her if she called her dad yet & if so what lie she made up? lol

LE must have so many interesting facts about Casey's crazy story... I can't wait to hear the prosecution's full case. We know the defense case will just be FULL of it. lol

I think that's a real chance....Or possibly, she wanted to make it look like she'd been carjacked and/or had only stepped out of the car for a minute with the keys/purse/Caylee in the car when someone stole it.

Yes, that's what I was thinking of. Not that it had been stolen after being parked for a while, but something more immediate with Caylee inside it.

Do you think Tony will CARE about the car 5 minutes later? It's not HIS responsibility. Same thing with Caylee.... friends ask... get a logical answer & move on to other more fun topics. It's not THEIR responsibility to worry about Casey's car OR her daughter.
