Benadryl .... over the counter and the most misused drug by parents. Normally give the child too much. Benadryl is easy obtained. as well as aspirins, cough medicine, the list is endless.

There was a murder trial for a daycare provider named Sabine Bieber--she was accused of killing a little boy with Benedryl. The shopping reciepts from Cosco for the cases of Benedryl she bought was astounding! They tested the other children & they were positive for Benedryl.

Also, parents also give children Xanax, Valium, alcohol...disgusting! In fact, a 3 month infant (I think that was the age--very young) died of liver failure from her parents' "colic remedy" of vodka in her bottle.:furious:

I cannot believe the unmitigated gall of Cindy Anthony expecting an APOLOGY from the Sheriff!
I think Cindy owes the entire country an apology! For us having to listen to her irrational explanations, hindering the authorities from finding her granddaughter and generall behaving as if we are all fools who cant think.
Cindy, your granddaughter is dead, DNA tests dont lie. Your daughter is responsible for no one finding Caylee, she holds the key to Caylee's resting place. You cant expect LE to apologize for the TRUTH. Get over it, and yourself and face the truth.
And of course this is all JUST MY OPINION.
:clap::woohoo::clap::woohoo::clap::woohoo::clap:

Our constitutional rights were crafted, introduced and won by courageous political leaders and paid for with the blood of the revolutionary army in the late 1700s. These rights were amended through the Bill of Rights.

Criminal defendants do need certain rights to protect them from misuse of government power.

Instead of respecting and properly implementing these rights as per their intended purpose, the Anthonys have parlayed it into a huge international media game.

IMHO the pendulum has swung too far and we need laws protecting LE against these abusive defendants, their counsel who want to try a case in the media and the families who engage in the same. It is one thing to defend and quite something else to go on the attack.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- ...
"'I want an apology from Sheriff Kevin Beary,' Cindy Anthony said." http://www.wesh.com/news/17353349/detail.html

I certainly hope Sheriff Kevin Beary does not apologize to Cindy Anthony or anyone else.

Consider that Casey is a sociopath who thinks she's smarter than everyone else. Also recall that one of her favorite TV shows is CSI.
All of my favorite shows are 48 hours, Forensics, Court TV, etc., anything relating to true crime!

Could they be wrong? I'm not familiar with forensics and such, but this is a bold statement to say she is dead! I'm so crying right now. I had so much hope.

Maybe TES gathered so few searchers because people are busy preparing for the hurricane? Is it due to hit in that area?

It's sad what some parents will do to their children. :(

I don't think it made the major stations yet........ I could be wrong though

I think the poor turnout for the search is horrible at least TES is staying untill they find Caylee.

"We will be here until we bring this community closure, no matter how many trips we have to make," .

I think the supposed poor turn out for the search has to do with the fact that we are having terrible weather, having to watch two hurricanes, and being faced with the fact that gas is probably going to shoot back up. Not that Caylee isn't more important than all those things, she is, but there are circumstances right now in Florida.

Implants would be helpful in certain types of missing kid's cases, but unless mandatory probably not in murder cases.

Is this because most child murderers are family members? (I don't know if that's true, I'm asking)

As a parent, I would have loved to have GPS for my kids. As long as the tracking monitor was on MY desk, with the only involvement being between me and the sat company, I would have no problem with it at all. Sure would have saved me a lot of gas and cellphone minutes when ours were in their teens!

Mine too, Patty - but you and I aren't disposing of bodies now, are we? :blowkiss:

I'm surprised anyone is shocked by this declaration of evidence. I've never seen a case of a missing child like this one were it was so evident the child was deceased and not missing. There was just too much to ignore. Denial should not be a part of an investigation. Unless of course you want to believe defense attorney 'hype'.

I read, was trying to explain in very simple terms to those that were confused, because there is a GPS that you can get for dogs. And wrote "Hope that helps anyone who is confused." so you would know it wasn't a direct reply to you. I did quote you so others could go look at your link. So sorry if my post upset you, was just trying to be helpful.

FYI. Actually I have my dog's chip registered with my local SPCA, who in turn uses a national database.

I was wrong and i didnt take it directly towards me i was just so sure that mine could be tracked 24 hours so no hard feelings

I was thinking of drugs like Xanax, but you are quite correct. Benedryl is legal over-the-counter and often used to sedate chidren.

As is Children's Tylenol. Usually you can't kill by overdose, but many kids have died of liver damage after their parents over used Tylenol. My sister used it to put her kids to sleep every night for years. Luckily, they are fine, but they were put in foster care, luckily.

IMO there is alot of anger at the Anthony's by the people who are there and able to search. I would help if I could, but the fact that this girl's mother knows where she is and won't tell how to find her, and the fact that the family is standing behind her decision to stay silent is probably contributing to the bad turn out. I know it's not Caylee's fault and I know it's for her, I 'm just trying to make sense of it.

You think Caylee is at Fusian?

No, I think she is somewhere near an abandoned golf course off of Boggy Creek Road in Orlando, which is within throwing distance of the Orlando Airport, and is within a small area of an abandoned air base. Either there, or she put her in the water at J. Blanchard Park. IMO.

Sweetheart, it's been evident for a long, long time Caylee was not alive. The report today, I personally have to wait until I hear it from LE's mouth.

I keep remembering what LE has stated all along, "we do not discuss evidence in an ongoing investigation" and this was just stated Friday night.

More than likely though, the evidence shows "death" ...

Has the investigation been officially changed to a murder investigation? Or are we still looking for a missing child?

God bless Tim Miller, Beth Holloway, all the volunteers who searched today and Law Enforcement for following through with this search today.
