Thanks, I didn't know if that addy was going to work or not. I only recently became a member here but I've been a "reader" here since JonBenet.

Could the reason for the lower turnout for TES be that many people don't want to search for a dead child? I think it would be very disturbing to find evidence of a murdered child thrown away somewhere...also, maybe people became angry at the lack of information from the entire Anthony family.

I'm happy that LE is able to guide TES to areas they feel pertain to the case. I was worried that TES would only have the bogus vague "information" the Anthony's spew out.

The weather report shows it has been raining most of the day in Orlando. I can't verify that because I am on the west coast of Florida and it is raining here.

Now there's a black mustang in the drive and someone helping George with the tent but I can't see who's helping. (maybe Lee??)

True. I was thinking more of how she thought they would buy the kidnapping nanny story.

If anyone knows Cindy and George it is Casey and based on what we heard, Casey knew they would buy any story!

Could be Lee. It seems Geroge loves the color "yellow"

There are no preparations under way in FLorida for the hurricane. If anything, in Orlando, they are getting rain.

I am on the west cost hanging out there by the Gulf of Mexico where the hurricane will go through. We too will be getting lots of rain and high winds, but no hurricane warnings or watches (so far).
Stay safe Patty G, you are one of my favorites on this site - very dedicated and level headed you are. I appreciate this board and everyone's input. I know we are all grieving together for little Caylee and that does make it a little easier. Be gentle with yourselves and know that Caylee will receive justice.

Sweetheart, it's been evident for a long, long time Caylee was not alive. The report today, I personally have to wait until I hear it from LE's mouth.

I keep remembering what LE has stated all along, "we do not discuss evidence in an ongoing investigation" and this was just stated Friday night.

More than likely though, the evidence shows "death" ...

UGH - This seems to come from LE today, here is the link.

Are these vigils the ones the young lady organized? The one who corresponded with Casey?

Re: webcam...If there's going to be something going on tonight, will he let people on his lawn?

Well they have educated you well. You did an excellent job. I read a lot too, every now then I jump in. Sometimes it moves so fast can't keep up with posts.

I would think it also has a lot to do with it being Labor Day Weekend (last summer hurrah) and families being busy with kids having just started school or are starting this week, taking older ones to college, etc. I have inlaws in Jacksonville and I'm following this case much closer than they are. A lot of people overextend themselves and families between work, church and sports as it is.

Unless they have the impetus to delve deeper into these cases and be on forums like these and others, I think the average person (who doesn't come here) wouldn't even think to join a search team. That a missing child is tragic, but they've got their own live kids to worry about. You know? I'm not saying its good, bad or different...well, I am saying it's different, LOL. It's differently than we here think. Make sense? No? 's ok, I'm used to it.

Oh, I agree C & G would buy any Casey story-- I was talking about how arrogant it was of Casey to think LE would be the same.

Forensically they can tell if a hair came from a corpse or living person, so the hair they found in the trunk can be ID'ed as Caylees from the root, the liquid decomposition also proves death. The report states that the dead body in the trunk was Caylee--so they have definitive DNA proof that it was her, and she was deceased.

Patty, I just want to cry. I really thought they didn't know, call me naive but I really thought in my gut she was alive. Now I'm :furious:

Thank you so much. I am prepared here with extra water, food and batteries. I think all Floridians on the west coast are prepared because we know how unpredictable a hurricane can be. At the last moment Gustav could bare west right into all the counties of Florida hugging the coastline. If you hear Mantee County ... that's me!

I just wanted to put this out there. When the webcam stops working and hitting refresh doesn't work, click on the address bar, so that it highlights the web address and then hit enter. Works every time.

You will go through loads of emotions right now and understandably so. I did back when I first heard this story, and knew life ended for Caylee late June 15th or early 16th (my timeline).

I have written to Caylee from time to time on my blog, just to get it out of my system. I light a candle for Caylee every single day and will light one until she is found.

The only comfort I have is a vision I saw, in my head, of Caylee in the arms of the dear Lord and finally happy and secure. That gave me comfort.

I cried, too, when I found out the definitive evidence. My hubby asked why, since it was apparent from the beginning that little Caylee was dead--I guess it's just that that last, unlikely glimmer of hope is snuffed out when you read the report. I wish I could have helped that little girl.

Well, my dog is micro-chipped! Lol

Seriously, I have thought about this. I would love to be able to implant something in my kids that would "track" them, and then once they turn 18, they could have the option to have it removed. I understand all the controversial ramifications of this type of thing, but imagine the reduction in missing children - especially if implantation and just where in the body it is were kept secret!! It would need to be a choice - and not something mandated by the government. I know, I know, Big Brother is Watching!!

I agree but...SCARY MONSTER!

(((Katie526))) :blowkiss: I think we've all felt similar when at different times we've come to the conclusion Caylee is gone forever. You're not naive, just hopeful. The world can use more people like that.
