I do think that CA can get a fair trial in Orlando. I know this is media madness to us, but we are people who tend to follow these things. My relatives in Orlando haven't even heard of the case!! I emailed them and told them to get me the scoop and they said they didn't know what I was talking about. Orlando and surrounding suburbs is a big area and they will surely find 12 impartial jurors.

Hopefully, this should be tried where it took place. However I truly believe that once the impartial jurors hear what we've heard, and read what we've read, they'll pretty much feel the same way we feel even if the cops have nothing besides what's already out there. The main problem for Casey will be her lack of co-operation to find Caylee, but that won't be her only problem. As a result I'm thinking Baez will go with for some sort of legally insane/mentally ill presentation. She saw something or experienced something which caused her to be out of her mind. If there's no body, he'll say the DNA is balhooey, Caylee is still out there alive but that Casey is so traumatized that she's nutz and can't give salient info. If there's a body or if DNA is convincing, he'll say that whatever happened was because she was out of her mind or because she didn't trust the cops for...he'll come up with something. He might throw one of her cop BF's under the bus somehow. My prediction, whatever he comes up with will be a pile of garbage and the jury will deliberate under 3 hours before sending her down the river for a long, long time. Whomever really has Casey's best interests at heart better tell her to talk now, and truthfully. She may not get another shot.

I dont understand why you would assume her intent was to mislead rather then a simple accident? Her first calling of the police was almost 5 weeks later.

Please explain her dead body statement in the 911 call, that she changed to a rottin pizza in the trunk - pizza does NOT rot -it gets hard. She knew that since she removed it. Then telling people to leave a pizza in the trunk of their car in the heat to prove her lying point. Spoiled meat does NOT smell like a dead body and a nurse should know that, particularly if she knows enough to know what a dead body smells like. It is all these lies tha she and George have said that make people lose sympathy for them. Casey doesn't drink - I believe that came from George but there are a multitude of pictures showing Casey drinking. I agree that to go back and expose ALL of Cindy's lies is a waste of time. She lies. Period.

Is your theory that someone broke into the tow yard, put Caylee's body in Casey's car, drove the car to another location to dispose of the body, and then broke back into the tow yard to return the car to its exact same position?

Given that the car was locked (according to the documents) and that there was no sign of break-in to either the driver's side door lock or the trunk lock, this action would have been done by someone with access to a key - either a member of her family, or someone within her small circle of friends.

In our neigbhorhood there was a house on my street that was rented out and the teenagers there would throw huge house parties, drink in the street, and run amuck. Along with calling the police, we would simply turn on our house sprinklers. Worked like a charm at least for our yard.
Cindy should just turn on her sprinklers (and mind the off days. We can water on many days unlike mentioned here and especially at night).

All they have to do is google "missing woman" "missing boy" "missing girl" "missing man" and choose news. There is new cases everyday. That doesn't even touch the tens of thousands of current cases as you point out.

Let's face it, there's lots of news that *could* go un-repoted & no one would miss it.......;0)

If our media was truely interested in finding missing kids (not just a *ratings* story)........they could have a *News Alert* for kids that remain missing on a regular basis.

IMO, when you are involved in a missing persons case which leans towards a possible homicide...it is not acceptable to mislead LE. By changing the date of the last time Caylee was seen, it interrupted the investigation and was seen as a lie not confusion....IMO. I would assume since it was brought up in the hearing by YM that LE did not feel it was only "confusion" but as a possible attempt to cover the truth...otherwise...there was no reason to include it in the legal record.

I am not going to go through every inconsistency from this family. It would just take too long!

She took Caylee to visit her father regularly, so it did not stick out in her mind that it was Father's Day. It would have actually been more helpful to Casey to have seen her the 15th., so why would she invent a story to make it appear as though Caylee was missing longer? Doesn't make sense. If she were trying to cover for Casey should would have moved the date forward not backward.

YOu all need to watch her interview. THis woman is something else.
SHe had her daughter taken 6 years ago and is still looking for her but dont have money to get help finding her, this is what her problem with the Anthonys is.
She says they KNOW that Caylee is dead and lying about it.
She has no idea where her daughter is and cannot find her as no one will help her.
Good for her and I hope someone steps up and helps her....

This case is so strange. I was just thinking about the Anthonys holed up in their home & it struck me: most families of missing children have a command center where volunteers & searchers & supporters gather for moral support. Jeez, even Scott Peterson made appearances at Lacy's!

Normally the public can't wait to help find a child--when the family is genuinely "missing" a child and not covering up for their daughter.

Cindy did not remove the pizza. The man at the tow yard removed the pizza, maggots and the trash bag.

Oh I so agree Cindy is a liar and George is full of it but the lady in the video was just way out of line in my opinion. I can understand her frustration...we're all frustrated and I won't even mention what I'd like to do to Cindy, George and most defiantly Casey. But this woman knows the media is there and all her bellering and drama isn't doing anything productive to find Caylee's body (alive or otherwise). If she really wanted to make a statement she should be out with the searchers. JMHO

So should Cindy and George imo. They want strangers to do their work for them. And we wonder where Casey gets her sense of "entitlement."

IMO again. I do not believe these people are malicious. I do not believe they want anything other then Caylee home again.

To answer your question about the Pizza. She truly believes that. It is her opinion about the smell. I dont believe she wants to believe anything BUT that. The alternative to her is something she does not seem to be able to handle. I hand her NO blame there.

About Casey drinking....WHY would she know details of her daughter partying? My parents knew NOTHING of my old days.

I have read thru the documents. I have read their statements. IMO again I didn't read anything to indicate them being deceitful.

I wonder how many families wait 31 days before notifying the police ? And how many parents NEVER inform the police. Those are teh things that make this case so frustrating. The lack of concern by the mother of the missing child. She "knows" where Caylee is but she won't tell anyone. If she told Baez and he is withholding this information, he needs to be punished most severely.
