I suspect that GPs are relying on that power of positive thinking which they continue to talk about.

Without a body, this case will never be solved.......and even if they find a body.......if it is too much longer it will be had to find the evidence they need. But, as stupid as Casey is, hopefully when this poor little girl is found, there will be other evidence around the site where the child is found to prove she is guilty. Maybe that's why the parents are not out there begging the community to help search in that way.

I am off to bed.......I am sure tomorrow Cindy will have more crap to say that makes no sense.

An appeals court has denied a motion to lower the bond for the mother of a missing 3-year-old Orlando girl.

The 5th District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach on Monday denied Casey Anthony's motion for a rehearing. The motion was sealed.

Guess we won't get to see anything.

I'm not surprised it was sealed. I've never seen a psych evaluation released to the media.

Maybe the GP's are saying they know who has Caylee and they are watching them as a way to "draw out" the mystery kidnapper(s). Not that I think there is one, but if they believe it, they might think the kidnapper would become nervous and do something stupid or turn even go ahead herself in under all the pressure. JMO - but it seems ridiculous otherwise. Why would you wait with a child's life in potential danger?

I was wondering if maybe seeing that there could be something "mentally" wrong with their daughter would help the GP's see that ok Casey has something really wrong with her, not just being a nasty *&^%, and we can start facing reality a little better and not hang on her every coded, lie in a truth words.

ok,.. I have a question. I read somewhere online that a guy named Ronnie Moselly from Channel 2 news claims to have found pictures of Caylee that were taken AFTER she disappeared. They said that they showed them to the GPs to verify that it indeed was Caylee. Any thoughts on this????

I agree they'll have to rely on any evidence that might be found with her body or most important, whatever they've found in the car to tie it back to Casey.

I agree....If Lacy Peterson's body wouldn't have washed ashore, Scott might've been a free man......and even tho they had Lacy and the baby's body, too much time and water damage to determine a cause of death......so sad...

Every news channel in the world puts up Casey at Fusian on the 20th but no one runs with a picture and proof of Caylee after the 16th. I don't buy it.

Questioning if they found the outfit George last saw Caylee wearing, if they found it or not. He hesitated...

And he refused to get into the description he gave of the last outfit she was wearing. If you believe she is alive, give the description again and say "I'm going to repeat again what she was wearing b/c I believe she is still alive and it may help someone find her." Did they not teach these basics in LE school when George was there?

Sometimes I think that perhaps the Grandparents know Casey is totally guilty but they refuse to admit this in public. Maybe they are doing this hoping that Casey will believe they are on her side?

The police keep stating they are cooperating, and Lee also is working with the police, so perhaps it's all a show to get Casey to talk??

I agree. Even Casey's myspace and facebook posts confirm she was at Fusian on the 20th. But no mention of Caylee at all in any post I have seen since she left the house on the 9th of June. If there were pics of Caylee - you can bet it would be all over the news!

In my opinion -- even if they find a body -- what are they going to charge her with?

First or second degree murder? Very unlikely. She will probably do a limited amount of time for the neglect charge.

Casey will NEVER talk JMO,.... I think you could have Caylee's body on a table in front of her and she still might not show any emotion.
