I've re-listened to the tape and as soon as Cindy tells George Caylee is missing he says call the police and she tells him she's already on the phone with police. So is George walking into this scene, having just driven the car home from the wrecker with the smell in it?

No he isn't because Cindy got the info from the purse in the car that lead her to Amy who lead her to Casey
