I think the reason that people are pointing fingers at Cindy is because she has been caught in some pretty obvious misstatements and contradictions.
*Her daughter didnt talk to the 911 operator? Yes, she did, and Cindy was standing right there at the time.
*Her daughter is a good mother, but apparently not trustworthy enough to be given the key to the shed?
*It will be the medias fault if her granddaughter is not found?
*Shes no longer going to cooperate with law enforcement because they: are not operating on her timetable, arent keeping her in the loop, are independently checking information she has supplied?
Certainly anyone with a heart has to feel for a grandmother who has lost her only grandchild and is in real danger of losing her only daughter to prison. Ive said before that it must be especially difficult for Cindy, who is bound to feel great guilt at the thought that had she taken action sooner, this situation might not have occurred.
She has admitted that her daughter is prone to lying, and that in the past they would talk out these situations until the truth was uncovered. Maybe she feels if her daughter was at home she could do this again. But lashing out at anyone and everyone and denying the obvious is not helping her. It is taking attention away from her grand-daughter because people cant get past her own bizarre behavior.
It is long past time for Cindy to step back and let someone else speak for the family. The longer Cindy continues to run her mouth and irritate the public, the less likely it is that anyone is going to believe, much less support her.
Just a thought.
