Casey looked awfullly cleaned up in the photos at the bar for someone living in a car.
Why did she take the child with her in the first place? The gmother was probably more than willing to keep the child there allowing Casey to go live her own life.

I totally agree- unbelievable.. I think she taook Caylee as a threat for her parents cutting her off, personally, further manipulation. I can't think of any other reason- and didnt she say somewhere she spoke to her daughter daily?

OMG I'm soooo confused! LOL.. There have been too many conflicting news interviews.

Actually, I don't remember seeing that Amy had admitted to Casey and Caylee living with them, but I do recall that she stole money from Amy and no charges were pressed.

I agree with that also, but it still leaves the thought that she could very well be going to the friend's or boyfriend's to clean up before party time. Just some thoughts...

I even thought maybe if she got someone to take Caylee off somewhere, they could have started out in the g'ma's car and got paranoid that someone saw them, ditched it and got a different ride.

I'm actually under the impression that Amy is the BF's sister and they all lived together from June 9th on with no Caylee. She kept telling them she was with a Nanny.

ETA: no one really knows where Casey and Caylee were between latter part of May and June 9th.

That's a pretty small parking lot - I can see why a parked car would be reported after a few days.

Today what I can't get past is, let's say Gma is naive, in denial, dealing with this the best she can, etc. Why in the hell wouldn't she tell LE about that phone call? IMO, it's because there is no phone call. never was, and Gma probably made that up yesterday. Most likely to the reporter she made the statement to. We have not heard Casey say the phone call happened. Just the Gma saying it happened.

I'm with you SuziQ! We all have our ways to cope with things.But LE needs to charge gma for withholding evidence / IF she never told them. What is she thinking........????

Haven't LE said they could tell between spoiled food smells and " a stench"?....then went on to haul the car in for processing....?

Have they given a date on when the shovel was borrowed and I just missed it. Casey left her parents home on June the 9th, she started living with Anthony on June the 9th but the boyfriend had not seen Caylee since June 2nd so whatever happened to Caylee would had to have happened June 9th I would think. But then we have a friend saying the took a walk with Casey and Caylee June 12, 13, 14.

I wouldnt think it would be possible for her to drive around with Caylee in the car for about a month before abandoning the vehicle. I would think if Caylee was left in the car anyone walking by the car after a few days would of smelled something horrible. Do we know how long her friend was out of town that she borrowed the car from? Could she have left Caylee at that empty house or apartment until her friend was returning and then had to do something?

Yes, Casey picked up Amy from the airport on July 15th, she had loaned Casey her car for the week she was gone.

Casey supposedly moved out from her parents and moved in with a friend, then reports said she was living with the b/f. Neither the friend nor b/f said anything about Casey moving Caylee in with them. It doesn't appear that either are admitting that even Casey was living with them.

I'm still leaning on the possibility that they were living in the car.

i heard the mother say that Casey "went on vacation"...that she didn't move out of their home (the grandparents)

I thought LE brought in dogs, but I'll have to say IMO, 'cause I don't remember for sure.
