If the family (Cindy) truly believed she was in another state and you have family traveling, as Cindy said her brother is, to Virgina, Georgia etc. They would be mobile and you could invoke them as well. If her brother was in Virginia in the last 2 days, he could have been in studio with Fox news studios in DC and others. CNN is in Atlanta. But he apparently knew nothing of his great neice being missing at that point.

EXACTLY! Someone who is wanting to spread the word to the entire nation would, IMO, MAKE time to contact family regarding the "kidnapping" of their grandchild!!!

Maybe by then the car was gone? It was towed on June 30th, which may have been before Amy left on her trip.

I'm confused as to whether the checks/cash that Casey stole happened while Amy was out of town, or if it occurred at some earlier time.

I don't know about any of you, but I don't leave hundreds of dollars lying around the house when I go out of town. I'm also likely to have my checkbook with me.

Diane, to my knowledge the letter to the mom about the towing was dated 6/30, not the actual towing, is anyone has that info please post..

I think in fairness this girl was quite a skilled thief and if any of us had something to steal, she would.

Doesn't bamboo have very deep roots? Casey don't look to me like the sort of person who would dig up bamboo....who was she going to give it to? Wonder if they got the name of the person she got it for? Or was that a lie too? LE could check that out easy enough.

but her 21 year old daughter? I know nothing much is, most likely, in the shed..........but to HIDE IT AND PREACH IT OVER AND OVER...... well, what the h#ll is in that freaking shed?

THIS WHOLE CASE JUST DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL! and that scares me for the little girl

Investigators did not release many new details about the case, Saturday, other than to say that weeks after Casey Anthony last saw her daughter, Casey got a tattoo that says "Bella Vida" in honor of her daughter.

Oh, I thought the towing happened on 6/30 and the cute police officer said the wrecking company had possession of it for "awhile" before notifying the owner.

Let me see if I can find where that was reported.

I have requested to be friends with Jesse on his myspace. His profile pic looks a bit different than the one of him with the other dude in the vests, AND from what I can see on the tiny picture, Caylee bears great resemblance to him. I hope to find more pics of him. I noticed that Casey has bright blue eyes, while Caylee's are brown. Aren't brown eyes dominant? Doesn't surprise me that Jesse's eyes appear dark in the pic I posted.

Yes, I think Jesse may very well be her father. Things make more sense that way, especially if Cindy is so controlling and wanting Caylee for herself, they would keep quiet about it for sake of Cindy dragging him through the court system.

It is also possible that Casey staged the phone call in front of her mom just before she confessed to her that Caylee was missing. She is a pathological liar, they do things like that. I've seen it happen. She could have done that if Cindy was putting the heat on her about Caylee's whereabouts.

The same photo is posted on Jesse's MySpace, and on his mom's MySpace, she says he's applied for OPD.

If Jesse is the father, why wouldn't he and his family be talking?

oh yeah...and one more thing! LET ME IN THAT SHED TO LOOK AROUND! Most obviously the grands are too much into their denial of what possibilities could exist here (and that is very understandable and I offer support during these trying times).

Bottom line....it does not matter what anyone thinks or how they arrived at their own conclusions.... rather it matters most that you open the pool, ensure safe boundaries, and maintain the pool thruout the swimming season.

Where are the family organized searches around every place they believe Casey to have been over the last five weeks? The woods, lakes etc behind apartments, check cashing place. Those locations should be in the news, not because friends are being interviewed but because searches are going on.

Can you imagine the call to Tim Miller and Equesearch:

Hypothetically speaking, if Jesse is the father, they'd keep it quiet for some reason revolving around Cindy. Hands down, she's a key player in why Casey does anything she does. IMO

It is possible that Casey didn't know for sure who the father is but kinda has an idea and has hinted as much to Jesse?
