Caylee "sighting" Reports and Tips Part 2

but when you offer it like its proof she is alive....and all the other bs that goes with the program....someone will get hurt and it won't be pretty....

like I've mentioned parental protection rage is lots worse than road rage and that is bad enough this time of year....

You're right and this needs to stop. If someone approached my child in a mall or any public place, they would have had more than a missing child to worry about.

I was appalled when the check out manager took my god sons photo with her cell phone, when we put his new sunglasses on him. His mom said it happens a lot and wasn't concerned. On the drive home I gave her 15 minutes worth of my opinion and why I hope she'll never let it happen again.

Mall security could have approached the woman who was with this little girl. Would they would have called 9-1-1?

What is Crimeline? She said she waited on Crimeline for 20 minutes.

Mall security is poop they can't touch or physically restrain people - what were they going to do? They should have called 911 and told them they have Caylee Anthony in there sight and what should they do.

Crimeline is the hotline set up for tips on the Caylee case I believe.

ITA. Hinky.

To argue that Mall security would just call LE and it was a better option to call the crimeline. Either you dial 911 or you get Mall security!!!! There is no other sensible option.

I think they were unsure that this was Caylee and then regretted not taking more firmer action, so are playing catch-up.

Also, to think about grabbing the girl was crazy -- why not engage the parents in conversation to 'investigate' your suspicions?

Why didn't they want to call LE?

I am just waiting for the parents of this little girl to speak out about their daughter being plastered all over the news. I agree with everyone who is saying this is not Caylee... As said above(or on the other page) that little girl's nose is bigger than Caylee's.

The reason nobody has come forward to say this is their chld is because they quiet possibly could have been tourist and do not know their childs picture is being used like this.

Also the mall security in Tampa have restrained people until LE could arrive, or at least at one mall, because I saw them do it. Maybe not at all malls, but some mall security will.

These girls are too much.

30 minutes is a long time to sit down and watch a kidnapped girl and do nothing. Seems to me that these to women didn't feel or see the urgency.

I remember when kidnapped girl Shasta was spotted at Denny's the waitress wasted no time calling 911 and then keeping them busy while they arrived. She didn't watch her for 30 minutes.

This is bologna.

Excelent point!

These two woman are nothing but, phonies and frauds ..
It's ridiculous for anyone to give them any credibility ..

Interesting point, because in the article I read, the person who was with this little girl was covering her head so the women could not see her. So why didn't this person report THEM for harrassment or whatever if it was actually her child? Why didn't SHE get mall security?

Maybe its just me but has anyone noticed how Fox seems to run more stories in the favor of JB and his client. Makes a girl wonder if Geraldo has a hand in that :waitasec: Looks like theses women got there 10 minutes of fame  Ya know whats sad is the A's do know this isnt Caylee how could they not. Not only the nose but this little girl has deep dimples and Caylee does not. If you asked all the people who reported Caylee sighting if they believed it was Caylee they would also say yes 100%. Doesnt make it so now does it:) They say sinse the person hasnt come forward it convinces them more then ever. Someone needs to remind theses lady not ever one watches the news or reads papers. What are they suppose to have esp or something. Honestly I cant wait when the parents do come forward it might not be pretty:)

There could be a number of reasons - the woman could have been the sitter, didn't speak english and was protecting the child - the person could be an illegal alien - the person might might not be one for conflict

Or both. There were two women. One could have stayed to watch while the other got on her cellphone to call 911 as she walked to mall security.
Mall security could have spoken with the child and/or parents, caregivers and asked a lot of questions, asked for ID, etc. These women just got carried away with their feelings. They were not sure at first and now have hyped themselves up.
Further, if I saw some strange lady trying to take photos of my kid, I would definitely cover my child. I'd also ask, "What the he!! are you doing?"
Finally, the Mall cannot disobey a subpoena from the defense. If Baez really thought Caylee was alive he would have slapped a subpoena on mall security for their surveillance videos so fast their heads would spin. The fact that he apparently HAS NOT, speaks volumes. People can be ridiculous!

The woman was covering HER OWN head, doesn't seem like she was protecting the child but was protecting herself.

English speaking or not, sitter or not, why not report that someone was following you in the mall, and snapping pictures????

Just curious but what makes them not at all credible?
Their actions, or lack thereof. They did not call 911. They called a crimline. They did not call mall security "because mall security would have just called the police", which they did not really do themselves. They called a crimeline, not 911. It seems they BOTH left the area to call the crimeline, apparently, and when they got back "the child was gone". They did not follow the people with the child, nor get any license plate numbers, car description. In fact, they really don't even have a good description of the people with the kid, from what I have heard. The reason they did not do these things is because they were not sure and likely knew, in the back of their heads, that they were getting worked up over nothing. They did not want to look like fools. Well, if a person is really sure, they do not fail to do everything possible to protect and save the missing child. That's why they are not credible. Seem like two overexcited women
to me. Sorry.

Hmmm. "Law enforcement isn't requesting it because they don't need or want it." In reference to the mall surveillance video. That speaks volumes to me. Not only about whether or not this little girl is Caylee, but about how CERTAIN LE is that Caylee is deceased. If they thought for one second that this little girl even might be Caylee, they'd get the video. LE knows she is dead....I truly believe that they have more evidence that will prove this without a doubt.

So sad, given the fact that they are required to pass on exculpatory evidence they really must have a clincher. :(

Not everyone would - maybe she had green spinich in her teeth or she thinks she's fat - I'm kidding - honestly not everyone would do that - I've heard of some real crazy things that happen in the Florida malls - one is there is murderer that has killed a few people after car jacking them and stealing money from their ATM - so to run away and hide isn't uncommon

If this was Caylee and this was the 'kidnapper' - first the 'kidnapper' wouldn't be out in a busy mall at Xmas time (lets be realistic here) - second the 'kidnapper' would hide both their faces, not just hers and would be running away, not walking

My guess, she's an illegal alien and probably doesn't even know there is a missing child and the whole A debacle

That's not what I heard. She said something to the effect of, "she was covering her head". The lady did not define who she meant by "her" in the video. However, other reports indicated she said the lady covered the child's head, not her own. I'll try to find those reports.
Also, I see that Baez IS now subpoenaing the video surveillance....seventeen (17) days after the photos were released on November 21, 2008. We all know what happened with the videos from the airport. Why would he wait so long?

Have you watched the interview?

They did follow them. That is when the lady took her last pic on her phone, the one where the person who had the little girl covered her own head so as not to be seen.

I believe there was a tag number given, it did not match the car. I don't know if it was a stolen tag, or they got the tag number wrong, but there was one given. This wasn't in this interview, but in an article online when it first happened.

So far I have not seen an article or heard an interview where it states that they BOTH left to call crimeline.

Yes, I'm sure they were both over excited, to see a little girl that LE says is dead. It would freak me out, and I wouldn't be sure WHAT to do either. I think they did the best they could in that situation, they took pics they called crimeline, and they followed them long enough to get a tag number.

Really? Go watch it again. When she starts describing the way the lady was covering her head, the interviewer says "the lady?" and she says yes.
