Caylee's Funeral

We are seeing, unfortunately, more of the same coming from the A fam and the defense teams as we have all along...which is a total disregard for this beautiful little girl. Instead of putting her first, it is all about everyone else.

While the defense team is spending their holidays with their friends and family eating fine foods, drinking champagne, and living it up...Caylee waits.

While the A fam is busy building a defense while begging for immunity and saving their own @sses...Caylee waits.

They are using her in death as they did while she was laying in that field in that garbage bag rotting except begging for donations has stopped. At least now she has some dignity by being in an enclosed area and out of the elements. I take comfort in this small step towards her having the music, flowers, and the kind words she richly deserves for a proper end.

They will wait as long as they possibly can to bury her because they know dragging it out buys them more time with LE. I don't expect any funeral services for another couple of weeks or longer (unless they read here and realize that people are onto them which makes them continue to look badly in the public view). Their attorney, BC, will probably insist they go forward sooner than they would like with services. He may be about appearances, but at least he is pretending to do the right things on the surface.

:clap::clap::clap::clap: When asked about why the delay in court, I am sure they will say they were just soooooooooooo grief stricken they couldnt bear to bury her. BULL . They are NOT anymore grief stricken than a mother who gives birth to a still born infant, parents who loose their teen ager to a horrific car wreck, a dad who has a son who dies of cancer. Grief stricken parents, grand parents, brothers, sisters, husbands & wives bury their loved ones every day. I would hope a grief counseler would tell the Anthony's it wont be any easier to bury Caylee a month from now than it is today. If they do want to do it, I will.

i dont think any of this really matters to caylee anymore shes with god now .. i think its hard on all that were so involved in the case and followed it so closely .. i frankly dont give a hoot what happens to any of them except that they get punished for whatever part was played in caylees murder by them . let them hold up LE they will get thiers they have spun too many lies to get out of now we just need to be patient and have faith in LE and god .we never thought caylee would be found and she was .. something else will come along and the truth will come out karma always gets people in the end

Your welcome. I feel it has to do with the second autopsy and perhaps the Defense Team couldn't get Dr. Lee or other medical experts back to Florida until after the New Year. I think if the rest of the team showed up in Florida the media would be there to greet them.

I was thinking of all the other high profile cases, like Jon Benet, she had a proper Christian burial, she was murdered on Christmas!..........and taken to her mom's home town. It was a circus but had to be done. IMO

True - However, JonBenet's parents could not wait to bury her - to the point of accusing law enforcement, via their Millions of Dollars Defense Camp, of holding their daughter's body hostage while she was going through the same forensics processs like Caylee has now. JonBenet's funeral was ASAP!

Terrible thing is.....I took flowers to her gravesite last weekend and it was the loneliest thing I've ever laid eyes on. Hopefully, Caylee will receive better....

More than a week. The ME released her remains about 4 or 5 days before Christmas.

I can understand not wanting to have Caylee's funeral service/burial or memorial service during the holidays. But, next Monday the holidays are officially over. Children return to school, companies who give their employees Christmas and the week after off, return to work. If the defense insists on and examination of the remains, that can be done in a day or two, so nothing to hold up making plans. If there's no mention of funeral plans next week, they're delaying.
