The way I understand it, is that the initial document you file when getting a divorce is a form, and you have the handful of choices as to the reason (that's where irreconcilable differences comes in) for dissolution of the marriage. This particular document on The Smoking Gun is a petition for a restraining order, and she has to name all the reasons why she feels she should be granted one.

It seems to me like she tried to make the best of a bad situation. When you add babies and pregnancies to the mix, it really complicates things. I remember thinking when she was pregnant with her second baby and it was announced that they were separated that it must have been a BIG thing that happened (to make her leave him while pregnant). Charlie Sheen has been fun to watch in the past but he is one sick puppy and I don't think I'll watch anything with him in it again. And I hope Denise Richards' career flourishes.

If the girls and young men in the were of age, then it was just so that child charges wouldn't be filed on the people involved or on people viewing it. They were deliberately trying to look as young as possible by appearing young and with braids so that they could feed the fantasies of sicko perverts who are attracted by kids. High school and college girls don't wear braids and high school boys aren't the type for normal people to want to look at as in attraction or sexy. To me, anyone under the age of 21 is a kid.

I dont buy that heidi fleiss story either, I have never heard that before, Plus isnt charlie like 10 years older then her, I mean how old would she have been when he was running around with heidis girls, 15??

Okay, I just spoke with my friend who still works in entertainment and who's very close friend is a former Heidi Fleiss girl. Her friend confirmed that yes, Denise Richards was a Heidi girl whom she used to work with and this is how she met Charlie. I have no idea how old Denise was at the time. As for her appearing in a Seinfeld episode, many of Heidi's girls were actresses doing double duty. I totally believe this as 1. I now have it confirmed by another one of Heidi's girls and 2. I've heard it from too many people in the biz to chalk it up to just another rumor.

That said, her past doesn't mean Charlie has the right to abuse her or anything. However, it does say to me that she had a pretty good sense of what he was about before she married him. She was probably hoping she would be the one who could "change" him. I will never understand that mentality.
