I saw Charlie on Entertainment Tonight, and I don't believe a word that came out of his mouth. He couldn't even make eye contact with the interviewer when he was saying he didn't do it.

Wasn't Charlie in trouble before for beating up his ex-girlfriend the star (sorry I cannot remember her name) he pleaded no contest. I just think he hide his problems and it was only a matter of time before they resurfaced. It is sad because I thought he got his life back together the drugs, gambling and abuse could not be hid anymore. Sad, sad, sad for all involved. I really think Charlie needs help, and I hope he gets it.

Well, IF he has done the things she alledges, she really had no choice to do what she did. If he was really threatening her life, etc, the best thing she could do was wake sure it was public because now if anything happened to her the spotlight would be on him, for sure.

and I think, as a mother with 2 very small children --nothing more than babies-- if I was treated like this- the police would have been at the house, it would not be news for the media when I decided months later to file for divorce

How disgusting if true. I have to say though that the rumor in the entertainment biz for years has been that Denise was one of Heidi's girls and that is how she met Charlie.

I saw something on E about Charlie and Denise. They explained how Charlie and Denise met. It was on the set of two different movies. They never said anything about Denise being one of Heidi's girls...

I can believe Denise's allegations. I believe that she will have to have proof as the court won't take these claims too lightly.

And I am sure that is the story they stick to publicly. Do you really think she would broadcast that as being part of her past? An article in the NY Post yesterday had an interesting comment at the end (I'll have to find it) - a source made a comment along the lines of it wasn't as if he snatched her from a "nunnery" which leads me to believe that Charlie is ready to play hardball and will be forthcoming about her past as one of Heidi's girls if she persists with this.

I'd forgotten about 'Lucas'. I liked that film, but not because of Charlie. The only movie of his I really liked was 'Wall Street'. He seems to play the same character repeatedly.....a sleeze. I hope Denise and the girls stay safe.

Charlie Sheen's legal woes continue to mount up -- he's now being linked to the death of a star.
Chloe Jones, a former Penthouse Pet, was found dead in her Houston, Texas, home last June (05) -- just months after going public with a steamy affair she had with Sheen.

And now the X-rated star's mother Donna is considering filing a wrongful death suit against the actor because she thinks he drove her daughter to take her own life.

Speaking exclusively to American tabloid the Globe, Donna Jones says, "I've seen a lawyer about filing a wrongful death suit against Mr Sheen. I think he didn't slip her the pills -- but he drove her to it with death threats.

"She'd (Chloe) call me 10 times a day telling me of her fears. She was terrified to death of the guy."

That sounds a lot opportunistic - or like a mother who just can't accept her daughter's death. To blame him for her suicide because he was calling her and making threats (if true) - just doesn't sound right to me.


I liked him in "The Wraith" - but he was a lot younger then. I can't think of anything recent I really liked him in. Major League, Three Musketeers - those were good movies. I guess I like him in comedies.

The current issue of The Globe magazine has an article entitled "Denise wins". It states "Denise Richards has won her bitter custoday battle with Charlie Sheen, sources tell Glove, and now she's making moves on his cash....Under terms of the custody agreement, Sheen gets to see his kids Same, 2 and Lola, 11 months, twice a week under a nanny's supervision with no sleepovers allowed."

Sounds like this was settled PRIOR to any further court appearances - which I think was scheduled for this week.

Guess Mr. Sheen decided he didn't want to go into court to disprove Denise's charges?
