Vunerable, attempted to check out of life, was in intensive care and sectioned under the mental health act but allowed out to collect a take away by Staff who told that her Parents that they were not aware of the section.
Name deed polled to Charlotte from original name of Charlene.
No trace of Phone (in picture) and no Bank Card been used since 28th March.
