Hmm very good catch. If he was knocked out on pain meds, how was he talking to Misty multiple times.

I don't really see this as a discrepancy. If you're in pain and on pain meds, you might go to bed early, get the rest you need and when you wake up you're either feeling better or worse. If you aren't sleeping during your normal hours, you could easily wake up in the middle of the night and feel wide awake. I've done it after numerous surgeries.

In one of Misty's first jailhouse calls to Timmy, he encouraged her to talk (at least that's how I heard it), when he said, "...well sis, what do you know?"

I have been suspicious of Chelsea for quite a while now. She was entirely too eager to throw Joe under the bus. She appears to be willing to protect Misty at all costs. Then I wonder if she is throwing Joe under the bus so that LE will not consider her or Timmy as being the one who drove the van over to Misty's house, maybe to help her with a very major problem, disposing of Haleigh. Misty could have convinced her that she was helping to cover her, when it really is Ron. The tattoo of Haleigh on her foot looks a bit suspect to me. If Haleigh was her child I might could justify a tattoo, but Haleigh is not even a relative. Something stinks here. Also, maybe the two people Misty was referring to as one they really care about and one, not so much were really Timmy and Tommy. This would also explain why Chelsea is deeply involved with this case. From her appearance on the Nancy Grace show, she seemed to have been under a great deal of stress in the last year or worse. JMO.

I thought it was Chelsea..I just wasn't sure.

But remember the part when Misty says "It'll hurt two people" One person they care about and the other not so much?? Chelsea comments on how she doesn't give a damn about Ron. Misty said something about it not being Ron and Chelsea seemed confused when she said "It's not him?" When Misty told her to "think"...I think she was guiding Chelsea back toward the Tommy and Jo story.

JMO though

Yet, now she's (MC) recanting the Joe story. She's not sure if it was him. What?! What does she really know? Time to start talking little girl or you'll be talking to the four walls for decades.

Chelsea's claim that she did not know the van was taken seems unrealistsic to me. She knew Joe slept in his clothes that night, but didn't know if he had taken the van? Hmmmmm.......... Has she ever described what he was wearing?

If she was up late dealing with insurance papers, what was the last time she saw Joe that night?

lone, really appreciate your theory. I also believe Timmy was involved. Misty looked up to him and felt he was the more dependable of the two brothers. Maybe it was Timmy and Tommy. But wouldn't that have disturbed Joe, who was supposedly sleeping in the living room? OR, maybe it was Timmy and Joe.

Chelsea also claimed to not "know" him, yet the whole family seems to "know" he was crazy, so how would Chelsea know what he normally sleeps in?

Also, why would you let someone stay with you and your children if you KNEW he was crazy enough to stab someone over a piece of bologna?

and ....... why has JO not been picked up for violating some/ANY law in the past year and a half, if he is indeed THAT crazy?

The only people who have been in and out of trouble with LE are in jail right now. It is my opinion LE already have those responsible, in jail ..... but not much else, as far as evidence.

To my knowledge no she didn't state a time when she went to bed.. She did claim she was up late filing insurance claims though..
Late to me would be most probably be after midnight, but I'm old.. I have no clue as to what late is for her..JMO

Some people who use pain pills recreationally don't want to go to sleep while they're high. The whole point is to experience the high, not to let it put you to sleep.

But they're crappy drivers. They might even scratch their vehicle or bust a headlight.
