What a complete idiot. Was it some kind of very weird suicidal ideation type thing? Pathological curiosity? Lack of understanding of heat, I mean come on, dude, that is freaking hot crazy steam and the liquid underneath can kill you easy!

I've been to Yellowstone several times. I was always amazed at how the hot pools didn't have barriers around them. I was always terrified I would get pushed into one, either someone thinking it was funny or getting jostled by adults and knocked in. Terrifying!!
