Six children, ages 2 months to 9 yrs were found locked in a Milwaukee storage unit. No electricity. No bathroom (used a bucket). No water. No food available. Most likely they had been around the property for a month. Children were unharmed. Two adults arrested, 35-year-old Charles Dupriest and 26-year-old Azyia Zielinski. Cannot imagine how these children reacted when the door was locked.

Do you have a MSM source for this?

The article does not state the man and women were the parents of the misfortunate six children, but I take it for granted they are, which would've made the mother 17 when she had the eldest. And they kept on having more and more children. There is a lot of irresponsibility and cruelty all six of the children had to bear. Awful circumstances. Hoping the rest of the children's lives sees nothing but improvement.

Maybe they were homeless. Articles don't say how the adults were located. Cannot imagine children so young caring for the 2 mo old.

Milwaukee couple charged

Officers later found Dupriest and Zielinski sleeping in a Ford Expedition in the parking lot. Both admitted they slept in the SUV with their dog while the children slept in the storage unit, court documents say.

This is so awful. Seems they tried to find a safe place for their children. Obviously, not an acceptable place, but it seemed to them better than sleeping outside or even in a questionable shelter. Just hope they - including the dog - get the help they need.
