Chuck and Judith Cox file for custody

I've been so satisfied today, knowing that Chuck and Judy have spent the last two nights with the boys. I hope it eases the pain of missing Susan for them. They certainly deserve a little pleasure in their lives!

Lots of guys in jail dont like pedophiles..they will chew him up. The fact that he is in there because of child wont sit well with inmates. Many of them are fathers that miss their children.

Evidently some are even prison guards that don't like them either...

Thanks for these tweets. I think Josh is saying there is little chance SP will be bailed out. He must know that there is no money anywhere. What little there might be, they have to keep for the mortgage payments to avoid foreclosure. My prediction? House forecloses by next summer.

You can see what Josh looks like walking out of court on Wednesday.

It's a good day that the Cox grandparents now have custody of their grandchildren. I hope it becomes permanent.

The more I read and hear about Steven Powell and Josh Powell, the more I dislike them.

With the psychological evaluation and examination to determine whether JP is a fit parent -- ordered by the judge --- I wonder if it will be determined that JP is not a fit parent -- and that will mean the Coxes would get permanent custody. I have a feeling the judge feels confident JP won't pass the psych evaluation and that he will be found to be unfit to parent. She must have seen enough cases of people like him to order those tests.

This is all so EVIL! No wonder they can kill a woman and hide her body. What darkness. So glad those boys are with their grandparents. Maybe they can grow up mentally healthy if they stay there from this point onward.

At the hearing it came out that there was a "poster" in the Powell house that depicted a woman with sword through her vagina, coming out of her stomach (I think that's what the AG said). And this was part of the information that was offered to support removing the children from the home.

FWIW, I tried for an hour to find something on line resembling that, and couldn't. I will say this -- after the stuff those searches pulled up, my web browser felt like it needed a shower.
