So now that I am not confused anymore about the GA molesting thing, I AM still confused about when GA and CA found out that KC said Caylee drowned in the pool on June 16th. Did the SA tell them that too? Did JB? Because when CA said she was looking for Zanny up until 6 weeks ago I took that to mean that while they may have come to terms finally with the fact that Caylee did in fact die, maybe up until that time they still thought Zanny did it?? That would be the only reason to still be searching for Zanny, right? So when and who told them about the new "drowning on 16th" story?

I just can't imagine asking/expecting George, Cindy and Lee to live with the stigma of sexual abuse in addition to the horrific murder of a beloved grandchild and niece. There will always be people that believe just ONE more of ICA's elaborate lies and will believe the sexual abuse stories are true. The Anthonys are expected to live with that?

ICA and her attorneys are the lowest of the low, IMO. Enough is enough. The family needs to wash their hands of this psychopath and I suspect they have and have finally overcome their denial. It's about time. My heart goes out to them. They aren't perfect people, but they do not deserve what ICA and JB have done to them in any way, shape or form.

IMO March 2010 is when they found out she was accusing them of sexual abuse. IMO 6 weeks ago is when JB told them in his office that ICA admitted that Caylee drowned on June 16th and brought George into the coverup plan. That was the turning point for the Anthony's because George knew he wasn't there, and Cindy knew she put that ladder up! The only person to blame for Caylee being dead is Casey!

I totally took it as a message to KC when she said that today on the stand. Sort of her way of saying "We were still looking for ZFG (ETA and believed you) right up until we found out that you were a liar and a waste. Huge waste."

Wouldn't the accusations have to come from Casey and not be something JB just dreamed up to defend her? I can understand GA's indignation at him, however I believe this is something Casey told her attorneys.

I believe that to mean the coming into her room at 8 years old, and then the 13 year old having his #&%(@ in her mouth before school was never heard before then. That letter from March of 2010 is very apparent that she played the SA card then, and he was horrified, mortified, begging for answers, yet she stayed closed off from them behind the jail walls where she didn't have to answer to them.

I have no doubt the DT didn't share the accidental drowning theory and that was trial by ambush to both the SA's and to George & Cindy. If you watch Jeff Ashton during Baez's opening statement you can tell that when Baez states the above statements even Ashton is caught off guard - he's shaking his head no and looks mystified that Baez is spinning this tale. He reacts the same way with the drowning story too.

I think GA & CA could have dealt with the false accusations of sexual abuse, but when ICA decided to include GA in on the accidental drowning & coverup with the finger pointed at both of them, that then became way too much for them to help ICA... they were done because they loved that baby!

There were 2 new witnesses that the DT tried to add to the witness list very recently. The SA went to depose them and stopped half way through one of them and HHJP was called. Saw no details on what happened at that point but the DT withdrew those 2 names.

Well that is odd... because if you look at the most recent Supplemental Witness list the SA is calling in two Psychiatrists.... hhmmm.... wonder if it's the same two people that actually ended up benefiting the state and not the defense?!

That letter from George to Casey was in response to Casey's letter to "Cookie" AKA Robyn Adams her jailhouse buddy. In the letter that Casey wrote to Robyn she claimed that Lee molested her while she slept and that she has had dreams that "reminded" her that George may have molested her too. I do not believe at that time that either George or Cindy knew for sure that Casey would use this as part of her defense.

I am still a little confused on the meeting between GA, CA and the defense attorneys. Was it to say "here is what we are gonna say whether you like it or not so be prepared? Or was it to say "do you mind if we say this cuz it might help KC get out?" Or was it to say "here is what really happened on June 16th to Caylee (drowning) and the only way to explain that she never told anyone is for us to say she had been molested since she was 8?" I'm having a hard time with understanding what is really going on....because obviously they aren't helping KC anymore....and did the DT even have to have a meeting to explain anything to CA and GA? Couldn't they have surprised everyone (GA and CA included) and see how it played out? Or maybe they decided to try it on GA and CA FIRST to see their reaction? I guess what I'm really trying to say is first of all I'm confused by the meeting in the first place and I wonder what REALLY was said to GA and CA. Could that really be the first time they were TOLD that Caylee died, and at THEIR house? Ugh....someone help me say what I'm trying to say lol!! Cuz I mean in OS they said GA helped and knew....did they tell GA "we know you helped and knew" and now GA is lying on the stand? Or did they say "we are going to say you helped and knew to help KC" and now GA is backing out?? I don't know. I'm confused about all this. Is anyone else??

If you're confused about how it all went down, so am I. Just hope it doesn't cause reasonable doubt with one juror. Justice for Caylee.

I agree. They did not necessarily see this coming as part of the defense and the letter seems to me to be in response to the release (Bombshell) of the letters she wrote to Inmate Robyn.

I have said repeatedly, as a victim of SA myself that I would not discount the idea that maybe she was abused by someone in her lifetime. After all, even sociopaths can be victimized as children, just like anyone else. I even toyed with the idea that it was part of the manipulative power she held over the A family. That secret, held like an anvil over all their heads ready to drop if she didn't get her way. Although I have been steadfast in my belief that it is no mitigator, no excuse. My children are precious and they are not dead, nuff said.

But since this whole trial has started, I have come to the belief that ICA was never molested by anyone. I have watched her behaviors, her body language and that of the A s. I have concluded it is simply another lie in a long laundry list of them, told for her own benefit in varying forms to achieve whatever the given goal was at the moment.

As to what happened 6 weeks ago, it was confirmed for the A s that ICA and her DT intended to trot this accusation out before the world and the court in attempt to excuse the 31 days. The accidental death thing was coming and they were informed. This stole the last remaining hope they clung to that maybe - hope against hope - their daughter was not a murderer but the victim of circumstances, her own stupidity, a corrupt LE, etc etc.

6 weeks ago the bottom dropped out for the A s and they have been falling ever since, but not down the rabbit hole. Oh no, they have been falling UP the rabbit hole. Out of "casey's world" and back into the real world. At long last.

I have followed this case closely from the beginning and need to thank all of you who are determined to seek justice for Caylee. I knew you would all have the answers. I believe that KC manipulated her parents from a young age, pitting them against one another for her benefit causing at least some of their marital problems. Now that she is not there to influence and manipulate them, they have starting talking and comparing notes and have discovered that she has been the root of much discord forever. I hope they are getting counseling and support and advice from their friends at church. They are now stronger as a couple and loved Caylee and can now see KC for she really is. I hope they see she is responsible for Caylee's death and will do anything to anyone to save her own neck. I'm very proud of both of them for FINALLY seeing the light and thankful they have had 6 weeks to process it and be strong for Caylee in court. All above is, of course, my own opinion.

Anybody know if 6 weeks ago is when Cindy cut her hair? If so, my thinking is that when Cindy & George found out they were definitely going to be thrown under the bus then(6 weeks ago- Cindy stated she stopped looking for Zanny), Cindy stopped growing her hair out in sympathy with Casey. Any thoughts on that???
