IIRC ICA called CA at work in the afternoon to ask her to babysit I think around 3 or 4 if that's true then Caylee was still alive when GA left for work around 3.

I have a feeling that there is nothing wrong with Casey's mental stability and the doctors that spoke with her feel the exact same way, which is exactly why they were removed from the witness lists for the defense.
Cold blooded would have been a better phrase for him to use.

Wow...this is just bizarre IMO. I mean, I know they must have been devastated, but with proof of DNA, plus the remains were found with her things, pieces of her clothing etc.

Why did they even have a memorial then?

I, too, thought it was very bizarre. I was reading LA's deposition to get a feel for what he might testify to and it was in there and references CA's deposition. Hers says it too. I tried to put myself in their minds- they thought ZG was a name for some other player- at the time of the depoistions, they were set on JG b/c they thought he always wanted Caylee anyway and the airport sighting had a Caylee looking child with a woman who matched JG's mother's general description (these are LA's words NOT mine!!!). This was enough for them to hold out hope that the remains were incorrectly identified and they probably did not see them or even if they did, they were not recognizable.
I have heard of several people denying their loved one's deaths b/c they never got to see the body to have final proof, especially in car accidents, etc.
I think that it was just easier to accept that there was a chnace than to give up hope.
That coupled with the fact that your mind probably has a hard time wrapping your head around your daughter/sister being evil and hurting their child and wow, there's enough to hold out hope.
IMHO, the memorial service was used as a way to communicate to ICA, esp on LA's part and the public pressure was there.
It really did make my heart ache to think that while CA was testifying in the trial, she was reliving everything that happened with the eyes of someone who knew the truth now- hence how emotional it was for her three years later.
This was the nail on the proverbial coffin for me in determining that ICA is a sociopath. LA, GA and CA are truly victims of her warpath as well.

GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, FOX NEWS HOST: Casey Anthony is also pointing the finger at her family. She's accusing her father George and her brother Lee of sexually molesting her. You may remember Casey's defense attorney Jose Baez made those allegations during opening statements.

VAN SUSTEREN: Tell me, that whole business about the allegation of the molest against George and Lee. Did that come out of left field or did you know it was coming?

LIPPMAN: We knew it was coming. Several weeks ago, Mr. Baez and two of his attorneys came to our office and explained how they alleged Caylee passed [away]. And about six weeks ago, we found out from the prosecutors, what the defense was going to be.[psychological evaluations]

VAN SUSTEREN: I should clarify. Did George and Lee deny the allegation?

LIPPMAN: Absolutely. Initially, I did not represent Lee. We came out with a statement six weeks ago that George had nothing to do with the murder. Following that we came out -- with the murder. Following that we came out there has never been allegations supported of molestation. He denies any molestation occurred. Same with Lee, there has never been any molestation in that family.

I don't believe anything happened 6 weeks ago to cause a change of heart or opinion. After watching recent testimony at trial, I believe Cindy is working with the defense to bolster their case. She testified to spraying an entire bottle of Fabreeze in the Pontiac (why did she not reveal this 3 years ago?) to attempt to explain away the chloroform in the trunk (did she say if she sprayed in the trunk too?) although we know Fabreeze does not contain any chloroform. She also testified at trial (upon being asked by JB) that Casey was an exceptional mother to Caylee, bonded with her early on, yada yada yada (which we know is counter to her claims of Casey being an unfit mother, as testified to by Lee and Amy.) Her response to JB sounded rehearsed to me. So, I don't believe anything happened six weeks ago at all. The Anthony's knew about the abuse allegations all along and are working with the DT at planting reasonable doubt in the jurors minds, IMO.

ETA: George and Cindy knew for sure about the abuse when they were called to JB's office and George was 'asked' about it, and he denied it. He wrote to Casey, as we saw in the release of the "Cookie" letters "Why Why Why, my daughter?" This is all for the public's benefit and consumption, and spreading doubt. IMO

Another thought: I don't believe Cindy had an epiphany, as some said she did on the witness stand. I believe is still in denial of Casey's sole involvement in this. She was choking and gagging as she listened to the 911 calls. It was reported that Cindy was heard loudly retching in the ladies room after her testimony. Yes, I do think she was reliving those moments. No body language expert here but the gagging and choking seemed to be saying that she would only go so far in testifying but she just isn't about to swallow what the State is asserting (i.e., that Casey murdered Caylee in cold blood.) Reminds me of a child who doesn't want to eat, and the adult is making them. The child gags on the food as if to say "You might be able to force me to put it in my mouth, but you can't make me 'swallow' it." IMO
