Suspect admitted he committed the murders!

There was some news about the death penalty in Arkansas earlier this year. Executions are apparently on hold for the time being. My guess is there will be public pressure to resolve the method of execution if this case involves a possible death penalty sentence.

Two kids said something happened to parents on trail. Got description from them. Witness provided more info on suspect, plus info about the car.

Kia Stinger = car. Looked for owners. Identified the suspect. Found him at barbershop. Took into custody.

Suspect made statements that he committed the acts.

I think I know what you mean, but I'm just not seeing that behavior with this perp. He was carrying the bags for a deliberate, nefarious reason, imo.

But, I don't know for sure, of course. Maybe the empty or near-empty huge bag was a comfort to him.

I am glad the alleged perp was caught and that the loved ones of the Brinks family are only further down the path towards justice. RIP Clinton and Cristen Brinks.

IMO, it does appear that perhaps his bag is made of some mesh material and may have some objects inside of them. One appears rather long with a wooden handle and metal portion at one end. Of course, it could just be my imagination or my poor eye sight playing tricks on me but I highlighted some of the things I thought I saw below.

One object also appears to have some brown or copper wire on it that tore though the bag material.

Wow, your post triggered a vision for me of the story when Harry Potter's parents fought with their lives to protect their young son from the greatest evil, he-who-shall-not-be-named. The parallel is uncanny. The difference of course is one story is fiction the other is non-fiction.

Victims died by stab wounds.
