Why are all these people acting like KC is going to do normal things like go to school, pay bills, get therapy, etc?
She just got away with murder, she is psycho...so all of sudden she is going to be a normal person when she was never one to begin with?
She is a lying criminal. Good luck with the so-called rehabilitation. Not gonna happen.

What the heck is wrong with this Judge? Baez was on Geraldo (not that JHP watches, but someone should have mentioned it), showing off the picture of Casey wandering around Ohio all on her own - unfortunately no one was smacking her around....no one approaching her....she didn't look the least bit afraid for her life.

Jose said that was her. I just don't get how she continues to get special treatment.

..gretlP said they were going off of the judge's Order, in which he said she was the most hated person in the country, therefore safety concerns blah di blah..

..or---as colarossi of the sentinel calls her--

And now that she has been identified as one of the nation's most loathed individuals, Strickland added that he hopes no harm comes to her.

To me it is not a big deal that she will be pursuing her GED . . . . didn't CA say that KC was only .5 credits short of graduation requirements? Of course, that was when she was in highschool and she has been out for quite a few years, so she will have to take and pass the GED test in all areas.

I am certain that Kc will have to show consistent progress in her studies and if she is the avid reader we have heard . . . it shouldn't take very long for her to obtain her GED. I am wondering if KC has been given housing, food, clothing, etc from one of her DT members or a friend of the DT. How long is someone willing to provide for KC? The next year for probation . . . or longer? Then what happens?

Ah come on, would any of us want to go into a restaurant with her working in the kitchen? Would we eat the food that came out of that kitchen? Let her sit on her fanny, soon to be big fanny, and surf the net. I don't care. The only good part of her was Caylee. FCA is now a waste of space.

I've come to the conclusion that the legal system in Florida is a total joke and a mockery of our judicial system, from the judge right on down to the defendant.

Is Perry a broker for the media now, allowing media packets to be handed out to the jury before they left?

They should have prosecuted Cindy for blatantly lying under oath in a murder trial, period.

What's next. FCA will be put in the witness protection program after her imaginary probation then live off our taxes for the rest of her life. Nothing surprises me any more after this fiasco.

Every murder defendant in Florida should be exempt from leg chains. Every felon should get an online education and pick and choose which part of probation they want to follow. There should be no consequences for lying under oath. If you make the exception for one, it has to be made for all.

I would like to know who is paying for her 'online education'. Will a county employee have to monitor her grades to make sure she's actually doing her course work. If it's the state of Florida, they better be prepared to give it to every felon.

Strickland saying he wishes her well. What? This is the same judge that saw her strut into her first court appearance refusing to say a word about her 'MISSING CHILD' and said the truth and Ms. Anthony are strangers. FCA should bare her arse to him and tell him exactly where to kiss it so he gets it right the first time.

IMO IMO IMO

the above appears on the Chicago Tribune main page (really? really?) yea yea, the trib and sentinel are the same media company....

I don't know what to think about HHJPs comments (order) - editorializing? getting a kick out of all the silliness? Keeping her well hidden so this carp (and the money) goes away. Hmmm.

Honestly, how many of you in the media would not hesitate to report if you found out where casey anthony is living?

Is that a challenge??:floorlaugh:

So which is it, she has to get a job or she doesn't have to get a job? :waitasec:

in the presser she seemed like she hadn't even heard about it, but she said that sometimes offenders go to school instead as long as they are working toward an employment goal. she said it was up to the discretion of the probation officer and it seems like she hadn't talked to him, i think she stated she hadn't. i didn't see the HLN interview though.

If it is true like JB said that it was her in Ohio - she has money now. Now I want to know how long JB can hide her money and how long FCA say to IRS, DOC, State of Florida that "x" is paying for her nice "pad" and her food etc until IRS figures out she and DT are in middle of tax evasion/fraud. Yeal I know there are legal ways to hide money.

That explains why it seems FL is the mecca for RSOs!

IIRC, there are several "camps" of them living under bridges and places as such in Florida, in tents, using car batteries for electricity. These are actually the addresses they give the Probation Officers! Example: Blue tent #10 under I-75 bridge, insert bridge or overpass name here.

Seems to me Florida is out of control in some not so good ways. No offense to anyone living there.

If she is in St Johns County, it's a rotten choice for her.

She doesn't strike me as someone who would be content to live a solitary life, and the night-time party scene in Saint Augustine will be quite tempting. Lots and lots of transient youth, easy drugs, drinking, fights. A perfect place for probation violations.

And shopping? I wonder if she'll be able to resist the huge outlet mall on I-75 - where there are always hundreds of tourists and bargain hunters. With cameras handy.

I love Saint Augustine, and would love to live on the beach nearby. But I'm twice OCA's age and I don't mind being alone.

HLN interviewed Gretl Plessinger about 15 minutes ago. She said she was not aware of FICA probation special conditions. She said #7 requires her to get a job. She said they currently have alot of probationers that can't find employment due to their circumstances and some do choose to take classes. JB was the one that said FICA would be taking online classes. I can't find a link to this interview yet.

I took what she said in the presser as basically defending the department for allowing her to take classes instead of working (we have a lot of offenders who cannot work but go to school instead).

Sounds like its up to the probation officer. I think the original order even says this.
