What makes you think every one is a Christian here? I'm a Christian but I see a lot of posters that write G-d instead of God which probably means they're Jewish. This is the World Wide Web, not some backwater Bible Belt. Plus, I don't think anyone here has posted anything that would categorize anyone as unChristian, unJewish, unwhatever. IMO

Who is going to keep paying for all of her living expenses, this schooling, etc.? I can't imagine her DT have unlimited financial resources for her. I imagine the A's new Foundation lined with $$ from Dr. Phil will be paying for her schooling, etc. through creative accounting practices, IMO, MOO, etc. My Opinion Only.

Team Casey no doubt received a tidy sum for those photos of her shopping in Ohio - the ones TMZ supposedly bought from some independent photo agency.

No waydo I believe the defense didn't orchestrate that photo-op for a cut of the payout.

Statement regarding the Probation Status of Casey Anthony

Casey Anthony has met with her probation officer and has begun serving her one year probation sentence. Her probation officer informed her of the terms of her supervision for the offenses of uttering a forged instrument (bad checks) and fraudulent use of personal ID. The court has directed us to keep confidential the offender’s residence or any information that could lead to the discovery of her location because of the death threats against her. Therefore, she will not be identified in our database, nor will her probation officer’s name or probation location be made public. We will post a monthly statement on our website and email it to those who wish to be on an email list updating you as to her progress on supervision.

That still doesn't jive with what she said at the presser. She said 'we have many offenders who cannot work and go to school. Many find difficulty finding work because they have a crime'.

Then if they are credible, why aren't people being arrested? Are they even investigating these death threats? I mean if they're legit and all? It just appears that they are taking the defense team at their word.

Would not there be public "incident reports" or police logs at some Police Department of these threats if they are credible so they can be investigated? I don't know if some reporter could sleuth these out or not.... if they exist other than in the minds of the DT. IMO, MOO, etc.

I stand corrected, yep, I forgot about that! I thought from the get-go that OH photo-op was staged and FCA and the DT received $$ from that. Wonder how much and how long it will last? IMO, MOO, etc.

MissJames - :banghead: - it's NOT a concession! Stop drinking the Baez Koolaid! She still has to find a job. The DOC was clear about that. But under the terms of her probation, she has to complete her GED also.

You are buying the Baez BS - nothing is different for her except the secret location. The rest is :ignore: :ignore: :ignore: !

There's one way to keep the public's anger with Casey at a fever pitch; make sure she doesn't have to have the same consequences as everyone else on the planet. It's what she expects ,since that's how Cindy treated her. The State of FL is continuing to feed the monster that was created by the Anthony's. They are telling Casey she is special and can do what she wants . They'll protect her and make exceptions for her.
I hope her next victim(s) hold the State of FL equally responsible.

If it is true like JB said that it was her in Ohio - she has money now. Now I want to know how long JB can hide her money and how long FCA say to IRS, DOC, State of Florida that "x" is paying for her nice "pad" and her food etc until IRS figures out she and DT are in middle of tax evasion/fraud. Yeal I know there are legal ways to hide money.

If Casey has money now, she (through her DT) is lying to the appeals court by claiming as part of the process that she is indigent.

The woman who did the presser also said she had NOT spoken to the Probation Officer. He had no Supervisor with him - and he or the DOC CANNOT alter the Courts directives, only a motion from the Court can do this. I have seen no motion from the Court stating OCA is not required to find a job and can substitute school for work.

Everyone is getting very ahead of themselves here.
