So, Melissa will wrap up tomorrow?
Will the jury start to deliberate after lunch?
Off on Friday.
Guessing this will go until next week.

No, I don't think so.
We will get GUILTY within a couple of hours.
Jurors have already decided, after all the ridiculous antics by the Defence.
MOO.

In my mind. I know these jurors.

First of all they are steadfast. They have hung in through 5 months of their lives to hear this case. They are not messing around.
They are serious and they are committed.
I absolutely. LOVE them for this.
God only knows what family and business events they have rescheduled or cancelled to be there for this very long trial.
God bless them.

Yes, one of the jurors has a class and I think another has something (was hard to hear them) but judge didn't tell them he was upholding what he said at the outset (no court on Fridays *until* deliberations), he just 'understood'. Judge is an ol' softy.
GROAN.....thanks. Agree he is a softy.

If, I was a juror for this case. In deliberations.
I honestly, could not talk.
I truly would cry.
For Joey, Summer, Guseippe and Joey Junior.
Four human beings that never hurt anyone.
Yes, I would cry. For this family and their loved ones.

Sorry, but emotions can't get in the way in seeking justice for this family. The real killers are living free watching this trial in their cozy homes. It's not justice to convict an innocent man while leaving the real murderers living free and worry-free.

I just hope Chase is found guilty as he deserves to rot for ripping a family apart for such little money. Then he just gambled it away he didn’t even better his families life. That’s how little he cared.

It would be better for strangers not to speak for Chase's family. His daughter Taylor has spoken. She was in the court. She wouldn't love and support her father if he was as you depicted.

That's not necessarily true. Killers often fool their families. The BTK killer's daughter loved him and didn't believe he was guilty for quite awhile. The same with John Wayne Gacey's family. They were shocked.

I remember T testifying that her father went to play poker to make the car payment. That is a very naive way of looking at a gambling addict. The only reason this family was always on the verge of eviction was because of his gambling issues. He didn't go to the casinos to 'help' his family. Poor T is in denial, imo.

I understand that you think the State didn't prove their case BARD.

But what evidence, solid evidence, do you have that he is an innocent man?

Who are the real killers in your opinion?

Agree, It is a shocking crime that the victim's loved ones will grieve for a long time to come. So incomprehensible.

Just because someone doesn't believe Chase is the murderer it doesn't mean they have to know who the real killers are. I wish I knew who they are. It's more than 1 person, probably more than 2. Hired killers are possible.

That is an invalid assumption IMO.

What "assumption" are you talking about? and what does it mean by an assumption being invalid?

That is an invalid assumption IMO.

And it flies in the face of reality and the evidence. There is not a speck of evidence pointing to anyone other than CM.
