I saw Beth on HLN she says the judge will allow the d's motion for the lesser offense of manslaughter....I wish she hadn't said it cause now my stomach is in knots....I hope she is wrong.

While after the CA trial has left a bad taste in my mouth, as it has w/ others....

if I were to look at this in a logical hopeful way, I would say that based on all the evidence presented, I don't see how a juror could come back with manslaughter or anything other than murder1. The amount of evidence is just too enormous.

With that said....back to negative nancy....we are dealing with human beings sitting there as the jury. :/

I stayed up all night last night. Court ended middle of the night my time and I couldn't get to sleep. Will set alarm every 15 minutes in case I do the unthinkable and fall asleep during Juan!lease:

Just thik...just Juan Martinez talking to the jury! No witnesses. Just him and the jury. How exciting!!
