It means that she was not welcome in his home at the time of the attack. It's weird.

Maybe I zoned out on that, but I hope the jury gets that definition of burglary. That would throw me off if I was a juror. I would have to get clarification.

I really think reading these definitions will show the jury how the DT fit all their testimony to lesser charges. Invited in the home, previous physical altercation against defendant, physical not just verbal threat at the time (came at me like a linebacker), etc
The DT tailor made their whole story to fit all this.

Sneiderman doesn't begin until late July, I think. And that's assuming there are no delays, so...
