Yes, the rental car was missing floor mats when returned.

Crying looking at texts? Hmm.. seems kinda weird to me. They've seen pictures of him dead and they haven't cried. His SISTERS were crying when the texts were up though.

I had lunch this past Sunday with a g/f and she had never heard the name Jodi Arias or Travis Alexander. And she travels all over the state of CA on business.

I have an adult daughter and friends like that. Totally out of touch with current events. Makes me want to shake them!

Yes--and she denied that the car ever had floor mats. That and she returned the car smelling of smoke. I hope Juan makes a point about that--I've always wondered what that meant to the murder trip. Matthew McCartney maybe?

If I, like most of us here, do not hear Guilty of Murder 1. I give up. I will lose hope in all humanity.

This can't happen again. I still will believe in people but I will not believe in our court system. I'm confused about how Jodi's rights are protected in many cases and Travis, the victim, is run amuck over. Evidence is mischaracterised ALL the time. It is not a search for the whole truth.

:facepalm: Oh, my dear WS JA trial watcher pals, I want to share something with you that only you would understand and appreciate... I am seriously bummed that I must attend a party here in Atlanta early this evening. (Who the heck gets upset about a party???)

Yes, I must leave here shortly to meet my hubby at an Italian steakhouse for a party hosted by a certain red-headed defense attorney by the name of Raymond Giudice (pronounced jew-dich-ay). I think JM may be wrong about the rental car showing up as a Priceline charge. The credit card charge is made when the car is returned so any extra expenses can be added and the charge appears on the statement as coming from the rental car co.

I thought so at first too, because I just got back from a trip that I booked through priceline, but paid for the acr afterwards.. the point he was making was that the rate was from The car Rental place, NOT priceline. She said that Priceline didn't offer her that rate in Yreka.

I'm with you Nurse .. I bet she changes her tune too .. Travis drove her previously rational daughter to it, Jodi was mentally, physically and sexually abused .. the public display of crying is part of a PR campaign. IMO.
