That thing that Jodi did that made Travis so mad - maybe she threatened accusing him of pedophilia to get back at him. That would certainly qualify as "evil" as he called her.

Anyone else see the resemblance between Jodi and her female attorney ? Maybe it's just similar colouring, dark hair, Jodi (no makeup), her attorney (minimal makeup), conservative clothing, dark rimmed glasses, etc. When her attorney has her glasses on, so does Jodi. When the attorney removes her glasses, so does Jodi. Many instances when Jodi appears to be mirroring the body language of those around her - or, modifying her body language as an attempt to distract from inadvertent clues she might provide through her own posture, facial expressions, non-verbal behaviours.

I noticed that there appears to be very little interaction between Jodi and her attorneys. They rarely look at her, even when she passes them a note, there doesn't seem to be much acknowledgement or response. When Jodi was 'crying' (aka rubbing her nose with a grungy Kleenex) during closing arguments, her attorney didn't even look at her. Anyone else get the impression that her own legal team isn't all that fond of her .
