I think I missed only a few minutes of JM's closing but I don't recall him mentioning that the gunshot couldn't have come first because of the bullet casing falling on top of a pool of blood that was already on the bathroom floor. Did I just miss this? Because that's another big piece of physical evidence that shows that the gunshot could not have come first. I've never understood how Flores seemed to miss that as well and still went with the bulet first theory for a while. Is it somehow possible the prosecution has just overlooked this or something? I just can't imagine they'd miss something like that, but I've heard nothing at all in trial or in the closing JM's doing now that addresses that except at the beginning of the trial with one of the blood experts.
