I think it will be JW 'cause she seems like a control freak. She doesn't trust Nurmi to do it, thinks she can do a better job, when in reality I think Nurmi comes across as more human than she does.

Not according to Beth Karas and HLN, it will be Nurmi. Nurmi objecting today during JMs closing supports that.

I cracked up when she said on the stand she returned the gas can, having realized it was not in her budget, yet she is getting her nails done. I do my own nails and my own hair when I am going to EVENTS when my budge it tight, let alone on a road trip. When Juan kept on about how she lied to the jury it reminded me of the Rod Stewart song....

What was that about? I re-watched the original testimony & she DOES testify she took it back to the SAME Walmart. I hate the DT & Arias so much due to the smirking lies they constantly spew.

I loved JM's closing. The best I've ever seen. That being said, why didn't he talk about how painful the stabbing must have been and how heinous a crime it is? That very few murderers even would have the *whatever it is* to slit someone's throat from ear to ear?

Jodi testified that before the murder she and Travis were in his office when she grabbed a bunch of CDs of pictures of Jodi and Travis on vacation. She said Travis had been bugging her to see them. When she tried to play them, she found that they were damaged, blah, blah, blah. Today Juan brought up a great point: If Jodi didn't plan to go to Arizona, why bring the CDs? Touche, Juan!

I need help with the CD issue all of a sudden. I read a comment earlier this evening on the FB page for Travis that someone recalled that in her testiphony JA said that Travis had the CDs there at his house?? Anyone recall what day of testiphony this was so I can look on youtube?
