In Juan closing today I believe that he made it clear that there are absolutely no FACTS to back up Jodi's claim of Travis being a pedophile. All they have is Jodi's statement which they also proved was a lie because she could not have been at his house at the time she said that it happened.

So does that mean that if the defense team tries to bring up Travis being a pedophile in their closing that Juan will be able to object on the grounds of facts not in evidence??

Personally I think that if Nurmi or Wilmot bring it up in court that it would be another huge mistake on their part because it could just turn the jury even more against Jodi. They really need to stay away from the sex/Mormon agenda that they have been pushing. Mormon "ideals" are not US law. He broke Mormon law but not any US laws for which he could be held accountable even if he were alive. I am just so sick of the whole defense team and the slime they pour out.

When I saw live Nurmi lol and wiping his smirk off his face at JM's statement of why did she run towards the closet? Why didn't she run out the bedroom door? Can you see a naked man running outside down the street" or something like that. I thought that laugh was due to him agreeing with JM (when he shouldn't considering..). jmo

That's a myth, but I'm not sure if Jodi thought that was the case. She also thought that red cars are pulled over more, so she does have ideas like that.

Unfortunately, the murderer's testiphony is considered evidence. JM cannot object. That despicable ship sailed a loooooooong time ago- the jurors know the truth. When LE found absolutely nothing on the computer, including the deleted files, they saw first hand how disgusting she really is.

I think she'd already been planning to go to UT or at least trying to lead Travis to believe she was going. She mentioned it in the May 10th sex tape, but only said she was going to see friends and catch a meeting. I think what was PAINFULLY missing on that tape was that he did NOT say "Oh, really? Come see me instead."

Does anyone else remember mention of this in the tape?

I think her plan to see Ryan made her realize it was the only timing she had to get Travis before he started traveling for the summer because in that tape, he'd mentioned going to california, going up to washington state I think, possibly visiting her (which we know was off after may 26th), going to Brazil, etc.

I also wanted to ask if anyone noticed the 2 white cars- one in the driveway and one in the garage. I wondered if Jodi preferred the 'white' rental car as it was less conspicuous to the neighbors. Then in addition to this, she takes off the rear license plate while the car is in the driveway and reattaches it after the murder- either on purpose upside down or in a panic upside down. Wasn't sure on this one. I just really thought the rental car agency offered her white and that is what she really would have chosen as it would have appeared to fit in with the cars at Travis' house. ??? IDK???

If I remember correctly, wasn't Jose Baez not allowed to bring up the supposed molestation in his Closing Arguments, because he provided ZERO proof of this allegation in the trial? I would think the pedophile allegations would fall in the same type of category.

Whoever does the DT close will say everything their client said on the stand. We all know she was lying (and I believe the DT does too which makes them even more repulsive), but it's what she testified to on the stand.

JM will clear it all up for the jury, again, when he's up last.
