OH, I have a question to ask you brilliant Wsers...

you know the picture with JA's foot in it? the "dragging" pic?

I have always thought it was JA's leg and foot in the forefront and Travis' head and arm behind that. (like his arm was bent at the elbow and his head was resting on it).

Today, Juan said it is JA's hand and foot and Travis' head and foot. I don't get it. Even after looking at it again to try to figure that out, I can't see it. What am I missing??

Can someone explain the significance of the Budget rental car and priceline plane flight on the bank statement... JM: "Budget needs to get their money upfront"? I didn't understand that.

JA said she rented from the rental company 90 minutes away from her home because that was where Priceline would give her the best price. Priceline is an online travel planning/competitive price company.

When you buy through Priceline you are billed by Priceline. Then they pay their agreed upon amount to the hotel, car rental place or hotel.

Her bank statement showed she was billed by Budget, meaning the whole excuse of going to Redding for car rental was a lie. She purchased the rental from Budget directly, not through Priceline.

Also, she DID book her airplane ticket to the memorial service through Priceline and a few items down from the car rental from Budget it shows she was billed by PRICELINE AIR for her airplane ticket - proving how it would show if the car rental was through Priceline.

That pic of Jodi and Travis in the waterfall irks me to no end...and its her hand on Travis's chin. Something grades me.....

Wow! A while back when I first saw that picture, I wanted to post the same exact thing!! It's her hand on Travis' chin! It bothers me more than any of the other pictures (other than the horrible ones) that I have seen. It is chilling! Almost as if you can feel that she already has "thoughts" of something horrible.

Jodi's pant leg and foot in sock is in the fore of the pic - they look really big. Then you can see Travis' head/neck with the blood runing down from his neck. Then you can see his foot way in the distance - it's turned out to the right, it's tiny because of the angle of the pic.

Juan did talk about it. He brought up that she supposedly got the package of chocolates and spiderman undies on Valentines day but her long email she wrote to him that night did not mention it at all. Another LIE.

Jodi did tell DD that she saw blood on her hands and "knew she had killed Travis, done something horrible" but there were no bloody handprints on the washing machine or bleach bottle.

Man I need to listen to Juan's closing argument again, there were so many bombshells, I think I missed a couple.

That is another reason she needs to be on DR. Curtail her activities. Limit her phone usage, prevent her from doing anything but sit alone in her cell for the rest of her miserable life.

Did u notice that Juan brought up Jod's love of the media a couple of times? It was like he was trying to send them a subliminal message which said "hey look I know you guys can't see it but this B**** is doing all kinds of stuff with the media behind your backs!" He mentioned that she thought she was going to get famous and was looking for the limelight.
Since her "art" is apparently what she loves the most, I say in DR DO NOT EVEN ALLOW HER A LITTLE PENCIL OR ONE PIECE OF PAPER. I don't know what the exact rules are.
Are we certain that DR would stop her from selling her art? I mean how does that work...or could she continue to sell if she was life in prison?? Could she legally give it to her mom or someone who visits her and then they sell it, or are they not allowed to give visitors anything (except maybe letters?).

He shot himself in the head, and was found collapsed against the side of the family home almost immediately, someone heard the shot...IIRC, he died in the hospital.

I cannot stand her Gitana. And I've been one of the ones saying "well she's just doing her job" but her behaviour these last couple of court days have pissed me off frankly. :banghead:

I understand. I try not to characterize her, but I really do not like the snarks. I don't like the whispering with Jodi. I don't like the way the Judge rules on something and she talks anyways. I don't like how Juan objects, and she quips, "Judge, we're about to get to that." or whatever she says.

But, JW is a human behing. I actually thinks she's pretty. I think she looks nice most days, and I try not to let my feels about Jodi and JW's actual job in this case affect how I view her. Same with Nurmi.

But I completely understand getting pissed by the behavior. It seems to have gotten a little too high school.

I agree that TA was normal. But premarital sex is not allowed in the Mormon church. Mimi Hall was a prosecution witness and JM asked her about the sin of fornication and the penalties. I am still not sure why Mimi Hall was called to testify. She was just a friend. Why did the jury need to know about Mormon sin? Then, Nancy Grace ran with it with her "Mormon Lovers" crap.

Mimi was the reason Travis was killed. Or the last straw that broke Jodi's camel's back.

Mimi also is the one who began the search that discovered Travis in the shower.

Was Mimi the one involved over the slashed tires, too? I can't remember now.
