That pic of Jodi and Travis in the waterfall irks me to no end...and its her hand on Travis's chin. Something grades me.....

Probably because she used those hands to slash that throat that she appears to be strangling in the picture.

Jodi had murder on the mind. The photo shoot was simply a ruse to get Travis in the shower and vulnerable, so I don't think she cared all that much about the individual pictures AND she planned to delete them after she killed him. Probably gave Travis just enough "direction" on how to pose to make him think it was legit. You could be right--good chance he never saw any of the photos as she was taking them.

Don't you also think it infuriated her that he was trying to get in shape for the trip that she wasn't invited to go on?

Jodi did tell DD that she saw blood on her hands and "knew she had killed Travis, done something horrible" but there were no bloody handprints on the washing machine or bleach bottle.

Man I need to listen to Juan's closing argument again, there were so many bombshells, I think I missed a couple.

Did anyone catch the part in his closing when Jaun is talking about when Jodi leaves Travis' house and she is driving in the desert and then she stops and fills up her car with the gas cans? And then Juan says something like, if you're in a fog how could you even do something like that, especially when you've testified that you had never done it before?" and then Nurmi objects with "judge, not in evidence" or something like that. I don't remember Jodi ever testifying that she had never filled up a car using a gas can before...but I DO REMEMBER Jodi saying she had never killed anyone before. Soooo...this got me thinking could there be something behind the scenes that we don't know about??? Didn't someone say Bobby Juarez committed suicide...do you think Juan thinks Jodi killed him?? I am probably reading into it...but I honestly don't ever remember Jodi being asked if she had ever filled up a car before with a gas can or her saying no?
Ideas anyone??

JM said that and I was like, duh, why didn't I think of that? Didn't think about no footprints in the bedroom or down the stairs either, but it was so obvious......I must have been in a "fog". She claims she had blood on her hands and her shoes were gone........

JM REALLY nailed that!

I don't remember if it was testified to in court or if it was on one of the evening HLN shows, but one of Travis' roommates said he noticed the stairway banister was slick like it had just been cleaned. So Jodi must have wiped down the banister to get rid of her prints.

Not that it matters at this point but it's a thought I just had and those are few and far between so I figured I'd write it down. lol

What I think is weird is that for some sculpted body shots, she didn't ask to see his full frontal chest or photograph anything about his arm definition or thigh definition. Those pictures show me that she's either not a good photographer or she was too preoccupied with the anticipation of the murder to take decent pictures. I have to question if she showed him any of them because he would have been like, "What the hell kind of shots are these?" Her pictures aren't even 10% like this.

OOPS! The 3rd pic has a "flash" reflection from the camera, NOT a grout line, my bad! I think TA was using the duct tape for the fitness thing?

No, it wasn't for that. It came with a gray strap. There are pictures of it, with the strap, where it was found on Travis' vanity in the bathroom.

The absence of blood outside the master suite (and more specifically the bathroom and hallway) just obliterates her fog claim from start to finish. Juan drove that point home beautifully today.

You just triggered a question…There is no blood in the bedroom, so how did the bedding get from the bedroom to the washer?

Many of us, including me, have thought Jodi stripped the bed and the camera got lost in the bedding. Now, I'm not so sure. And remember, there was a blood smudge on the washer, but none on the bleach bottle.

ETA: Was the bedding in the dryer or the washer?

My grandson is 11 now and my daughter has been giving him buzz cuts since he had enough hair to cut. My son-in-law shaves his head bald and he does not need to as he is not balding at all. It seems to be in fashion now. At least where they live. I would ask your son if he wants the beanie. Bald or nearly bald is nothing to be ashamed of. I would tell him that. The beanie might call more attention to him. Obviously, I don't know you or your son but I have 4 children (all grown now) and they did not like anything that made them "stand out".

I am so sorry your son is ill. I would be freaking out too. ((((HUGS)))

What sticks out for me in this case is how very very nice Jodi seemed at first to the people around her. How she was able to keep getting back in with Travis.

Thank you, I asked about the existence of the second Walmart in 2008 upthread, so it's good to know it wasn't. I'm sure that we would have seen testimony that the June 4 returns at the second store were checked as well. JM leaves no stone unturned.
