You just triggered a question…There is no blood in the bedroom, so how did the bedding get from the bedroom to the washer?

Many of us, including me, have thought Jodi stripped the bed and the camera got lost in the bedding. Now, I'm not so sure. And remember, there was a blood smudge on the washer, but none on the bleach bottle.

ETA: Was the bedding in the dryer or the washer?

JA testified that TA had stripped the bedding after they had sex.......truth or lie? The bedding was also in the dryer when the LE showed up, so TA just might have put the load in the washer, JA put it in the dryer when she put the camera and towel, clothes in, force of habit maybe?

I thought he'd bring up the Valentine's Day lie.

She even hacked the T-shirt and Granny panties:

This is interesting. Her hair appears blonde in this picture. I was thinking she'd made these items herself after the murder. Maybe not. But I still think she made them herself--just not before the murder anymore.

My one wolfdog hadn't seen my son for 4 years, and we got another a year prior to him visiting.........not a peep, just crazy wagging tails. Well, the older one ran up to the house and tried to drag me down to the gate :scared:
Maybe JA liked to pretend she was a Ninja? I wouldn't put anything past her:crazy:

Mine spazz out. They might not bark, but they get excited, and they want to be all up in the person's face and business.

Well this just BEGS for an explanation. Go on... :scared:

I would imagine it would be like being punched in the chest, you'd have a few seconds (like maybe 2?) of WTH? and then get faint, the time for your brain to register what was going on and nerves transmitting pain, JS.

Joshua Freeman- i read part of his suicide letter his parents posted on the Caring Bridge. Weird thoughts running through my head. I just wonder if he wrote these pedo letters, or some and JA was pushing them off as TA's ? His suicide letter said he may go to hell, but he would go on his own terms. Something about that says blackmail, or guilt?

Did we ever hear where the $800 cash deposits came from? I think one was $400, one $300, and one $100. I forget the details, but where did she get the money, DB?

Paul Stern. Here he is on Dr. Drew:

I started recording HLN because I got so sick of the commercials every 3 to 5 minutes. I started watching about 4 pm and was so shocked that there wasn't any commercials. Thank you HLN for letting us hear all the instructions along with JM closing statements without any interruptions. I hope this continues until the case goes to the jury.

Juan really singles ALV out in the final part of his narrative before he gets onto jury instructions at the end ..

'We can talk for example about ALV .. one of the things that ALV has, and she has an extensive CV or Resume, and one of the things that she hasn't included on there is she is also a liar!'

He really hates her I truly believe Juan HATES ALV .. then he does an impersonation of her voice ..

Did anyone catch the part in his closing when Jaun is talking about when Jodi leaves Travis' house and she is driving in the desert and then she stops and fills up her car with the gas cans? And then Juan says something like, if you're in a fog how could you even do something like that, especially when you've testified that you had never done it before?" and then Nurmi objects with "judge, not in evidence" or something like that. I don't remember Jodi ever testifying that she had never filled up a car using a gas can before...but I DO REMEMBER Jodi saying she had never killed anyone before. Soooo...this got me thinking could there be something behind the scenes that we don't know about??? Didn't someone say Bobby Juarez committed suicide...do you think Juan thinks Jodi killed him?? I am probably reading into it...but I honestly don't ever remember Jodi being asked if she had ever filled up a car before with a gas can or her saying no?
Ideas anyone??

He asked her about it. She said "if the car needed gas, I must have put it in there." JM called her on evening thinking about gas because of her fog.

(shivers) Man, that is just un-nerving!!!!!! I wonder where that pic was taken? In Arizona or California? It has "stalker" written all over it!!!!

I've said this before: In testimony, JA said she and TA both got Victoria's Secret catalogs, there is NO WAY TA would have sent some tacky grannie panties to a girlfriend when he had catalogs of VS, just NOT going to believe it. And putting his name on them?

I am creeping myself out wondering if the suicide was really about pedophelia or if he knew JA's secret and had to die too? If he was in any way involved and she was blackmailing him with the pedo stuff. This is the first I've heard of him. I started following kinda late.

I was creeped out as well. From what I've learned, general consensus here is that we're not going to surmise the defendant's relationship to him, out of respect for his family.

This may be the one factor in the entire case where a coincidence is just that - a coincidence.

IIRC, the bedding (sheets, pillowcases, etc.) was found in the dryer, so it's possible the bed was stripped and the items put in the washer before the murder. We know Travis was dead a little after 5:30, so she had to be pressed for time in terms of the clean-up and one or both roommates coming home from work. If Jodi went into the bedroom after murdering Travis, then she would have had to take off the bloody socks first. I've always thought the decision to put the camera in the wash was deliberate. She most likely deleted the photos, then cleaned herself off (put on fresh clothes/socks/shoes) and gathered Travis's clothes (underwear, tee-shirt), the camera, and the towel, and put them in the wash. The smudge could have come from one of those items and she just didn't realize it.

OK…so the bedding was in the dryer. But, if she had bloody hands (in the desert) why is there no blood on the bedding?

Now it seems it is likely that the camera in the washer was NOT an accident, but it really was to wash her DNA off the camera.

Are we to think that she lied about discovering she had bloody hands in the desert? Maybe to make her "fog" seem more real? Plus, I now doubt there really was a case of Costco water in the trunk. Ford Focus is a small car, so a small trunk. I wondered about her having 3 gas cans in the trunk AND a case of water.

I know some posters have said she put the gas cans in the back seat. If so, she's dumber than I thought.

I guess the best policy is to just expect if Jodi said it, it's a lie. Trying to 'sluth' and using ANY of her statements as fact is fruitless.:banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Exactly...we are not gonna be able to tune it out just cause it's defense. Won't wanna miss Jodi and her acting puppy dog eyes, listening like a "good little schoolgirl." Turned halfways towards the jury..."carry my gas cans for me please pretty please." Then I'll steal your car, slit your throat and leave you out in the desert to die, but thanks for letting me use you.

Reminds me.. Thought it was Juan's way of saying , you don't want blood on your hands just substituted gas instead

Wow, that burglary was a check and checkmate move.

I was trying to figure out why in the world JM thought he could get away with that charge. He said today something like, "That was his gun. If she took it and somebody was killed, that's felony murder."

So even if the jury would believe that it was Travis' gun and things happened the way Jodi had said, the jury must still find felony or first degree murder because she'd committed burglary by taking the gun.

I think he's doing a fantastic job of damage control, he's not just being a voice of truth and justice for Travis, he's cleaning up the garbage ALV spewed about DV, and Samuels for PTSD, for the people who REALLY suffer with those things. Personally, I was offended that those 2 were testifying that JA suffered from DV and PTSD........having been through DV and having PTSD myself, I can honestly say that JA has NEVER experienced either.

It was in the dryer. only like a towel, a couple shirts and a bunch of socks were in the washer--oh and one camera used as fabric softener.
