I don't remember if it was testified to in court or if it was on one of the evening HLN shows, but one of Travis' roommates said he noticed the stairway banister was slick like it had just been cleaned. So Jodi must have wiped down the banister to get rid of her prints.

Not that it matters at this point but it's a thought I just had and those are few and far between so I figured I'd write it down. lol

I read about the slick banister on Det. Flores's report. He was interviewing Zach, the roommate. See pg. 8 . Ref. to banister highlighted.

From what I heard, it was about her violating the victims' bill of rights act. She could be in some serious trouble me thinks, if that's the case. It won't look good on her cv that's for sure. :floorlaugh:

She barely stifled a smile/smirk when JM said she faked the O even though we heard her squealing like a cat.

She laughed at an eerie point that she came in at 4 am, let herself in through the garage then, per her testimony, silently watched him without saying anything for 30 to 45 seconds on early a.m. June 4th. Then he said, who does that? She openly laughed. Freak!

Did anyone notice how Jodi held her hand to her face to pretend fake crying. when the gruesome autopsy photos were shown of Travis...yet she peaked out of her fake crying to look at the photos...out of the corner of her eye and then fake cry again...she took a moment to look at those photos...yet trying to pretend to the jury that she is so shocked by them....Busted

She just can't get over her morbid curiosity about those pictures. Busted, indeed.

Can someone explain the significance of the Budget rental car and priceline plane flight on the bank statement... JM: "Budget needs to get their money upfront"? I didn't understand that.

Yes, she claims she only used Redding's budget rent a car, instead of Yreka's because it had a deal on Priceline. If you use Priceline, as she did when she bought a ticket to fly to memorial, it states " Priceline" on the bank statement then Priceline pays the vendor. She had Budget rent a car on her statement, not Priceline. So , wouldn't you know it, she lied.

Jodi did tell DD that she saw blood on her hands and "knew she had killed Travis, done something horrible" but there were no bloody handprints on the washing machine or bleach bottle.

Man I need to listen to Juan's closing argument again, there were so many bombshells, I think I missed a couple.

The point Juan made about why he didn't know she extensively cleaned outside the shower area made me convinced that she dragged him to the shower area then parked him just outside while she popped in the shower leaving a pool of blood then she put on some of his clothes afterwards then pulled him back in the shower and cleaned up that area. Then she eventually took his clothes off and popped them in the laundry all in the middle of his comforter which transported all the bloody items so that there would be no drips. I can't see how she could have done it otherwise.

JA was an amateur photog. and TA looked nothing like this guy. I think that TA posed for the shower pics. I think that they tooks those pics for fun, never expecting them for the public to see them. That is ALL I'm noting. Her poses had nothing to do with capturing a Calvin Klein feel to her photoshoot. Of course Travis didn't look anything like this guy. That doesn't matter. What matters is the feel and look Jodi claimed she was going for.

When I first saw the shower pics I told my husband, Look at these pics. It looks like TA is trying to pose sexy, like the adverts I see on Joe.My.God, but he isn't cutting it and JA's pics are terrible. To me, it looked like TA was trying to look sexy. Color me clueless! I have always thought she grabbed onto Calvin Klein when she saw the one decent photo and THEN came up with that lie, way after the murder. No 'normal' photo shoot there, imo
