JM shows Priceline and no indication that Priceline changed their biling practices in one week.
JM: You can rent car thru Budget but airline is different procedure according to them.
JM states their voice of reason is JA's version of events. Brings up the tying on sleigh bed, isn't difficult to do and photo of how it could be. Problem is was it her wrists and/or her feet, which story? Always goes back to that issue, which one to believe
JM says that's the problem.
Brings up stair photos and what appears to be piece of rope to them

her mother in the interview said she asked jodi if she were in Arizona and her mom said to the police officer in the interview that she asked jodi if she were in Arizona and she said no that she had gas receits to prove she wasn't...that was way before she was even charged..how did she know the gas receits were going to come in about the gas cans.

i dont think she was EXPECTING a trial - at that point she was still not in AZ at any time...she felt sure no one could 'get' her...

GO JUAN

I am about to start bawling or jumping for joy....Decisions, decisions!!!

And THIS is what is going to be left in the jurors' minds over the LONG weekend!!!!

Do both. I've done both myself already. Even had a drink or 2 okay 3 last night with a toast to Travis.

I know...the priceline / budget thing is a bit disconcerting.

HOWEVER, Nurmi can't talk anymore, and the jury can't actually check this outside of the evidence provided.

So it should be a moot point now. It really doesn't matter either way, anyway.

But it does make me cringe, too.

Is Jodi going to held in a holding cell at the courthouse during deliberations?

NO. When they reach a verdict all sides will be given time to get to the Courthouse or fly to our laptops and wait to hear GUILTY MURDER 1:rockon:

I loooove Juan, but he is wrong about Priceline and the Car Rental. Air will show up as priceline because you pay it up front.

Car Rental shows up as the company you rent from because you don't pay until you return the car.

This is what I found, you might be right but this is what I found...

Visit the Rental Cars section of Priceline's website to utilize their Name Your Own Price bidding system. Enter the city you wish to rent the car in, the type of care you would like and the date of pickup and drop-off. Car types are economy, compact, mid-size, standard, full-size, premium, luxury, convertible, minivan or SUV. State the price you are willing to pay for the rental, give the name and age of the driver and submit your bid. Priceline requires valid credit card information during the process.

You should receive an answer on whether Avis, Alamo, Budget, Hertz or National has accepted your bid within a minute or two. If accepted, Priceline will charge your credit card immediately. If rejected, you can try the same bid again in 24 hours. A third scenario exists where you may receive a counteroffer from the car rental company that is slightly higher than your bid but lower than their standard rates. You can choose to accept or decline the counteroffer.

OK, I'm not getting the point about the way Priceline & Budget submit bills. Any help out there?

She said she had to go to Redding and get car because she found the deal through Priceline .. yet bank statement shows she hired it directly through Budget.

Real reason: hiring a car in own small town would be too easy for people to spot.

Jodi doesn't want to listen any more. Tuning JM out with writing/drawing. You're toast, Jodi. Nurmi is done; there's no re-do after Juan's closing.

Back in 2008 though, he is correct...someone posted their policy/ procedures yesterday.

C'mon, JA, start to lose it out loud. I really want to know how the stun belt works.

Jodi's forgotten she doesn't like to look at the photos
