I don't understand - if closing arguments are not evidence WHY all the objecting? This stuff has already been presented, what's the big deal? Did Nurmi hope they all forgot?

Did the magazines come up in closing arguments?

I have no idea, but these constant objections are pizzing me off. It seemed like one of them was sustained the first time, then a few seconds later that it was overruled. Oh well at least it got through.

I think JW is making notes because they will do immediate appeals to the trial judge in the event of a guilty verdict. They will probably also ask for a directed verdict before it goes to the jury. My observation of previous trials opinion only.

I still think she swapped CA plates for AZ plates and threw the second plates out after swapping them back. That's what happened at the carpark with the screwdriver IMO.
