I couldn't stomach all of the defense closing, so I didn't notice- Did JA scribble and look down during Nurmi's closing? Doubt it. (I saw her laughing)
To me, this scribbling, this blatant disrespect to the court, TA and his family, and the jury is very high on my list of the biggest offenses of this whole case, and that is saying A LOT!!

idk can this gas can that nurmi keeps denying the testimony of be the final nail in the coffin?? she said she returned it to the same wal mart, b4 she left the patking lot cuz her trunk was too small - can't the jury have that transcript reread to them and not only see that jodi was lying, but that nurmi is also not being truthfull?? and wouldn't that just discount every thing??

I think JW is making notes because they will do immediate appeals to the trial judge in the event of a guilty verdict. They will probably also ask for a directed verdict before it goes to the jury. My observation of previous trials opinion only.

On another note, thanks to all sarcastic/humorous posters. You have totally saved my sanity when I was lucky enough to stumble upon your posts. :seeya:

15-20 minutes maybe.
He's on fire ... Point by point Juan is going down the list and shooting down everything that Nurmi just tried to spin.

Juan is a joy to watch in action.
