I love the fact that he is going over jury instructions again. If only we had had that in CA trial....

Yes I do too! But in CA's trial they got the jury instructions after closings. If anything, I really like the way AZ has jury questions, and did the instructions before closing!

I am not the biggest fan of Juan Martinez's style all the time. But he is absolutely knocking this rebuttal out of the park! Boom, boom, boom!
He is addressing EVERYTHING that Nurmi said in the defenses closing argument. And Nurmi keeps objecting relentlessly to mention of the gas can, even though the judge repeatedly overrules it!
Martinez is also sticking in every lie she has ever told in reference to this case. And every thing that Martinez is mentioning comes from concrete evidence.

Jodi is REALLY troubled by what she is hearing. She's trying desperately to find a way to occupy herself, but she is clearly nervous and fidgety. I hope the jury is taking a peek every now and then. Here demeanor says so much - to me, anyway.

This is JA's last day in the spotlight before Jury gets case..

AND

She only has Verdict reading & Penalty phase left to be 'On Stage' so I'm sure this is a sad day for her the field trips to the courthouse are rapidly coming to an end.. JMO
