Bumping this one back up to the top to see if anyone has any idea if Curly could be a nickname for something. I can only find the family in this census so I think, perhaps, it is a nickname.

Curly could be either or.. If this a Fulton county case, they say they have exhausted everything that we check.

I did find a listing for a Curley in Louisiana. I am not sure if it is the right person but it is such an uncommon name that it is probably worth a try.
