could his birthdate be 6/18/1954? If so, at one time he lived at 994 Hubburd St. SW in Atlanta.

Maybe real estate records can track down family names?

Looking at google earth, that address is a vacant lot.

The city of Atlanta property records site doesn't show that as a valid address any longer.

I'm not getting anywhere in my search for Mr. Clover's family or any information about him. NM
