I think the real story is that DC and JH WERE in the very area where Caylee's remains were found a month later and were admittedly videotaping/taking stills while supposedly looking for an "alive Caylee". JB is freaking out. The A fam is freaking out. LE is all over it. And there is much more to this story...

I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings! This sounds like it could turn out to be a real hornet's nest that the defense wishes would go away. Call in the professionals to straighten this out. Enter: OCSO Investigators and the FBI.

Exactly, the story is not what LP thinks or whether LP tipped of WFTV or whatever. I really could care less about LP's part in this. I do want to discuss and know more about what we do know to be true. The PI's were in the area and there was a tape made. Joy W tried to muddy the waters and is connected to DC through her husband John W. There is so much more to know before I can write it off as "no big deal", when it may very well be a big deal. And at this point, I'm certainly not going to take anyone on the defense or A family side say as gospel. Their credibility was shot eons ago.

I find it amusing that the private investigators in particular, with all their 'investigative skills', didn't bother to find out exactly where the hangout spots that Kiomarie talked about actually were. Kathi Belich found out. Neither Casey nor Kiomarie strike me as having been young girls who would hang out in the swamps.

I think JB knew the body was there, amd he sent a PI to tape the area and the PI confirmed the Body was there. Now they wanted to play the wait game to see how long it took LE to figure this out. To make LE look bad.

Someone quoted that maybe GA could have moved the body on another thread. I dont see this possible. Because the news Media was on them 24/7. But I do recall a few days there that GA was Missing. No sign of GA.
Just say that the Body was found by GA in Oct. He tipped the Meter Reader or somebody did to call LE and have them Check out this area. They never did. GA knowing Caylees body was out there. He could have gone back and wrapped the Body in duct tape and trash bags to keep the bugs off of her and keep the birds from trying to peck.
Then he waits, and waits. No search of the area. They tip JB where the body may be he sends a PI out there and while video taping they find a body. The Meter Reader is alerted again to call LE again. (NO SEARCH). Then the Meter Reader calls again and says I have found a BODY to get them out there. But GA would have been smart enough to get rid of DUCT TAPE AND TRASH BAGS.

I am not a fan of the A's, it really does bother me that DC and his investigators may have been taking money to search for an alive Caylee, but obviously not looking for one. There was no way that Caylee was hanging out at Kio's spot waiting for someone to find her. And despite what DC said about being positive Caylee was alive, he had to know that wasn't true and he was lying about their being solid leads.

IMO, it's possible that DC was simply hired to keep the idea Caylee was alive going at the request of Baez and to put doubt into the minds of potential jurors.

I watched that Video and seen where LP was talking about JOY. Which is one of the PI or Attorneys wife being there and holding a sign and saying Caylee is Alive.

That's what I think-JB SENT DC to the A's to manipulate C&G and the "Caylee is Alive" campaign. JB is stuck with KC wanting to stick with the kidnapping story. He is thinking well past this trial. He is thinking about his future-not KC's. He needs to come out of this not looking like an idiot. He is controlling KC's world inside the jail AND he was manipulating the A's (not that I believe they are innocent parties in this) so that he could keep saying his client is 100% innocent!
Now that Caylee's remains have been found-the Caylee is Alive theory is done. The PI's and their crew are gonna be shown for what they are and what they tried to pull off. And JB better think fast!!:waitasec:

Leonard P. did not say he had the conversation with the PI on Dec 15th. He said he had it on Dec. 16th or 17th...I have not been through the entire thread but noticed in the first several pages the date of Dec. 15th was stated and that is not what he said, just for the record.

IF, and this is a big IF, D. Casey DID hear something while in the employ of Baez and he FINALLY got out to the location to try to see what he could find AFTER he was no longer employed by Baez then I do not think he is going to be able to state that in emphatic terms or he will be setting himself up for a civil suit from the Baez firm. In a newly released interview he states that he was there taking pictures and that the other PI showed up with the video cam. He states that the other PI is in no way shape or sorm employed by him or his firm, nor associated with it in any way, and adds that he never will be. It is also stated that the video has been destroyed and no longer exists and the photos that he took have been turned over to the Anthony's attorney...

Since this was "relating" to what we are discussing in this thread I thought I would post it in here so it could continue to be discussed in the other thread where appropriate, but I thought since it was the "meat" of THIS thread there may be some folks interested in the info if they had not seen it...

He can maintain anything he wants in the press. If she has confessed to him he is not allowed to knowingly submit false information to the court. Even if she hasn't confessed to killing her, say she has told him the nanny story is completely fabricated, he cannot then go into court and submit a bunch of evidence that there really is a Zanny and the police just didn't find her because they were framing his client.

This makes good sense. The Defense has already said that this will be a "forensic"case. I wondered why, with all the circumstantial evidence.. but now it all comes together. JB probably knew a long time ago, and even suggested it may be an accidental overdose.

T Black also did an "oopise" on national tv when he made a comment about the Anthony's suffering the death of a grand daughter and the possible loss of their daughter.or words to that efect.

Now we have another defense team player PI that "somehow" knew where they should be looking for remains...and admitting it to LP.

MN resigns tactfully, but with obvious contempt for casey.

The Anthonys obviously deteriorate at this time.
Then fly to Ca, just before the body is found and reported.
Dream Team signs on
There are NO visitations between casey and her family.
Lee refuses DNA without a warrant.
Lee destroys memorials.

They all lawyer -up , no more cameos.
No profound displays of grief, or screams for justice for the killer.
Immunity is sought.

This all happened within a few weeks .It reeks of a cover-up.
IF casey were innocent, and the Anthonys were honest... no immunity would be needed at all.:bang:
