Just going to say it. 99% sure this was a hate crime. So many people these days are concerned with things that don’t affect their lives in any way. Nothing to do with the city in which the event took place. It’s people who have hate and ugliness in their hearts. The state of this country right now is embarrassing. Colorado governor: Mass shooting at Club Q is "sickening"​

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, the nation's first openly gay governor, called the deadly Club Q mass shooting in Colorado Springs "sickening."

“This is horrific, sickening, and devastating. My heart breaks for the family and friends of those lost, injured, and traumatized in this horrific shooting," Polis said in a statement, according to his office.

"I have spoken with Mayor Suthers and made it clear that every state resource is available to local law enforcement in Colorado Springs. We are eternally grateful for the brave individuals who blocked the gunman likely saving lives in the process and for the first responders who responded swiftly to this horrific shooting. I wonder why this individual was never formally charged. It sounds like it was a very serious event.

Authorities would not comment on any past criminal history for Anderson Aldrich. There is no ongoing court case listed for Anderson Aldrich in Colorado court records. No formal charges were ever filed, and the case was sealed, so it’s not clear why, Gazette.com reported.
