The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
Infant last seen at Lutheran Medical Center on 11/25/1970. No name was given to the child at the time he went missing.
I checked Wheat Ridge Colorado missing persons and he isn't even listed. I put in the case number and it comes back as unknown. Perhaps the baby was found?
I am Abrahm's mother. No, he has never been found.
I am so sorry!I am Abrahm's mother. No, he has never been found.

Abrahm vanished from Wheatridge Lutheran Medical Center at 3:30 pm on November 25, 1970. I was told he was 'stillborn'. His newborn nursery record says quite the opposite. Hospital records are incomplete. The "fetal death certificate" did not exist at Arapahoe Dept of Vital Statistics in 1972. Many attempts to find Abe have had no success. The OB that delivered him was forced to surrender his license in 1999 for seven counts of substandard care of infants and laboring mothers and incompetent surgeries as a GYN. These charges were brought against him by the Colorado Attorney General. Colorado state law states that all bodies over 1 pound in weight MUST be cremated or buried. There is no cremation or burial order on file in the State of Colorado for him. I was from out of state during this time; I attended a private 'unwed mothers home' near Arvada. I was kept sedated for three days after Abe's birth and was relocated to the Bone and Joint floor, far away from the OB department. Thanks for the interest in Abrahm. My son counted. He was NOT disposable.
Abrahmsmother, I am so sorry you were taken advantage of at the unwed mothers’ home. Because it sounds like your baby was stolen. I cannot imagine your heartache then, and now.
I’m sure you’ve tried many avenues to find information. One that might be extremely helpful is to somehow get an investigative reporter involved, as any publicity about your case would be very beneficial. National exposure would be best, but starting local (Colorado, specifically Arvada) is a good place to begin. Yours is probably not an isolated case, I imagine other unwed mothers there were told their babies were stillborn, especially those women who were not from the area.
Shoot for the moon. Petition a respected, nationally well-known journalist to take on your story. You’ve nothing to lose by starting at the top to find someone to help you investigate and find answers.
Other, more knowledgeable WS members might know: would Abrahmsmother be able to petition for any and all existing records via the Freedom of Information Act?
Publicizing your story would hopefully bring other women forward who had the same experience at this home that you had. Strength in numbers, and who knows what information others might hold.
And also, if Abrahm is still alive, he might hear of your story. Over the years, he might have had questions or concerns about his family history that haven’t been answered or addressed by his kidnapper.
I wish you well with your journey, and hope I haven’t offended you with any of my suggestions, as I don’t know what you’ve already done or tried. My prayers go with you.

Sorry to hear , so very painful for you. How many weeks were you when he was born?
I was due the same day I had Abe.
Not a difficult birth per SE, but I was kept extremely sedated, I lost three days following Abe's birth. All I have is memories, although I, or no one, was allowed to see him. There was a reason for that.So
He was not premature, only if your comfortable answering what reason did they tell you his reason for being stillborn, and was it a difficult birth? I’m aware this is a sensitive issue and I definitely do not want to step over any boundaries, please share only what want to.
