I suspect he used the variation of his real name as his alias, to prevent anyone from finding out who he really is, after he moved to AZ. If you meet a guy & later google "Lee Moore from Indiana", you're going to get a completely different guy than if you google "Barry Morphew ".Hmm. I didn’t catch that. So Barry Lee Morphew had an alias of Lee Moore?
Hiding something from your past Barry? Maybe a murder?
I am curious too.
Ita.I hope Barry spent an uncomfortable night locked up, knowing that "locked up" is how every single day of the rest of his life will be spent.

Oh my. He cheated on her in Indiana. He cheated with SD before he killed Suzanne. LE knows he was on dating websites while marries. They just haven’t had anyone speak up..yet.I still don’t think BM was cheating, or had in the past. Any physical or emotional distance was probably him doing his own thing, not being considerate of her needs and truly liking to work and be away from the house . Her accusing him is kind of normal where the accusing spouse is the one involved in an emotionally charged affair. It’s a way to shift blame, manage guilt, and create emotional distance while continuing the affair. BM’s behavior stayed tightly controlled around his marriage, family image, and daily routine. That imbalance of control, her leaving, rejection and humiliation became the psychological driver that led to him killing her….. I think. imo
Hi sweetie! How are you today? Looks like our friends in Colorado would like for you to come back for a little legal matter. Let’s see, what is it? Oh, it’s a homicide. You can decide today to stay in our little jail and wait for them to come give you a free ride, or if you have 3 million in your pocket, you can go free today, but only if you pinkie promise to come back here on June 30. Otherwise, Maricopa County gets to keep the 3 million.I can't get past the chirpy cheerleader reading the extradition order to him. She sounds like she's leading a pep rally.
"Good evening! Welcome to Maricopa County Jail, Mr. Morphew! Do you know why we're here today? Looks like Colorado wants you back for charges related to...let's see here...murder!"
In comparison, Barry sounds rather subdued. Resigned, even.
Welcome to the rest of your miserable existence.
I’m so curious about his new persona/lifestyle. Was he living out some biker dude fantasy? Did he even own/ride a motorcycle? No, unless it changed recently, he only owned the single trailer.
It really is a funky little trailer park. I felt too conspicuous to take pics in it so all I personally took are the ones from the Circle K it is behind.
He really was in very close walking distance to all his favorite haunts where he was trying to meet women.
A few other people in the thread have pointed out that "bleached" maybe means using actual bleach (or similar) vs. "bleached" (by the sun).
I'm glad they posited that as I was also thinking of bleached by the sun/open exposure. To me, some form of chemical to bleach/destroy tissue makes more sense with the facts that we do know.

I think it likely he cheated on SM. Remember his phone searches for "Cute Girls in Salida" as well as some even sketchier sites (rhymes with corn)? SM's claims that he returned from being out with his zipper down and I suppose it is possible he was pleasuring himself while enjoying those websites, but I believe he likely enjoyed himself with others. The guy - who is all about appearances rather than substance - is vain and thinks he is irresistible. Remember the gym push-up contest, the veneers, what look like hair plugs, and the too-tight t-shirts to look more muscular than he is? And also, remember that he felt up Suzanne's friend?I still don’t think BM was cheating, or had in the past. Any physical or emotional distance was probably him doing his own thing, not being considerate of her needs and truly liking to work and be away from the house . Wonder how long it will take for Colorado to pick him up? He was very quiet, not at all arrogant or defiant. I think he knows he won’t walk away this time.

Actually... he discarded her biking clothes. And destroyed them before he moved her. Also…no shoes? No underwear? And lord help us if what they are describing as a light patterned balaclava (that I think is a running buff) actually *is* a balaclava? Yup, he had no clue.
IRL he abused and used her, and did not see her as an autonomous person. He remembered her sweatshirt because she wore it often, but actual running gear?I get the feeling it’s like… Why would he, such a superior being, ever pay attention enough to lowly her to even notice? Like he’s so deep into narcissism, he couldn’t even pick out the clothes she’d wear to cycle in because he didn’t even see her as a person, just a bank.
Break down Suzanne’s body being moved, what are your thoughts on that?Sometime early this week I imagine.
Link to the assessor's showing he owned it.

IMO she was in her biking clothes when he killed her.
She started her day in her Crest Butte sweatshirt. Maybe he grabbed it off the floor and took it so it wouldn't look out of place wherever she left it.
He really didn't know her well enough to get any details right.
Sad.
