Wooo Hooo!!!! Just got home from work checked in here and saw this fantastic news!! BM arrested is music to my ears. Calls for a celebration, so doing happy dance all over my living room lol.

Can’t wait to watch the press briefing in ugh four more hours, but I’ll be patient and probably wear out my dancing shoes till the briefing comes on lol.

So glad GJ handed down indictment against BM, just as many of us thought and theorized a GJ was meeting in secret ever since Suzanne’s remains were found and autopsy results showing BAM in bone was released. Good job Grand Jurors and 12th JD, you’ve got this and we are here for it!!!

I was beginning to wonder whether he would get away with this forever. I am so glad I’ve been proven wrong!

It took so long for Mark Redwine to be arrested that I gave up on Colorado county prosecutors. It was also absurd Josh Powell got away from being arrested in Utah.

Finally maybe Suzanne will get Justice.

I'm in a sort of state of shock! Hardly a night has gone by that I haven't angrily reviewed this case in my mind and felt so sad and so angry. I do pray for the daughters and hope they can find their way through this.

But huzzah! Frabjous day!

I hope he's read MassGuy's tweet (and I'd bet a slew of donuts that he has). He was in an open carry state, as I understand it, possibly thinking he could hunker down and somehow delay this.

Stunning new evidence as Barry Morphew is charged with wife's murder

Barry Morphew has now been charged with first-degree murder and was taken into custody in Arizona.

The charging document released Friday delivered an apparent smoking gun in theatrical style.

'Ultimately, the prescription records show that when Suzanne Morphew disappeared, only one private citizen living in that entire area of the state had access to BAM: Barry Morphew,' it said.

This is AMAZING news. I was beginning to worry. I am so happy to know he was finally arrested and they do seem to have a strong case. Justice is coming for Sweet Suzanne.

Per the indictment, it looks like he moved her body.

Lack of animal predation, lack of decomposition on the "biker clothing." They think he changed her clothes, too, in addition to the body being moved to that location.
