Wooo Hooo!!!! Just got home from work checked in here and saw this fantastic news!! BM arrested is music to my ears. Calls for a celebration, so doing happy dance all over my living room lol.

Can’t wait to watch the press briefing in ugh four more hours, but I’ll be patient and probably wear out my dancing shoes till the briefing comes on lol.

So glad GJ handed down indictment against BM, just as many of us thought and theorized a GJ was meeting in secret ever since Suzanne’s remains were found and autopsy results showing BAM in bone was released. Good job Grand Jurors and 12th JD, you’ve got this and we are here for it!!!

Justice is coming dear Suzanne! xo

IMHOO

#JUSTICEFORSUZANNE
Just might have to have that glass of wine tonight after the press conference!!

ABC’s headline article says “she went missing on a bike ride.” There was no frickin bike ride!
The fact that a completely fictitious bike ride keeps being pushed as the headline is not just misleading, it's beyond asinine at this point.

Talk about fake news.

Here's an article with a little bit about the Grand Jury deliberations that led to the warrant:

I have always figured he moved to Gilbert because it is cheaper than CO, and also because he might have figured he'd fall off the radar back in CO (he's not the world's brightest bulb, imo).

And it's less than 3 hours drive by freeway from the Mexican border.

Do I recall you being involved in the search? If so, I bet you’re happier than most of us right now!

I am hoping beyond hope-- so much-- that there was traces of a tranquillizer (from his dart) still present in her bones. moo

Yes. Per the indictment, the BAM was present, and not only was it present, they can prove affirmatively by the fact that her body had started to metabolize it that the BAM was injected into her system prior to her death.

So, Ibis & Co. won't be able to argue that there was lab contamination or that the BAM was planted on/in the body after the fact.

He's toast.

Interesting. Likely smothered post-sedation. Body stored indoor/sealed. No insect or scavenger access during decomp. Hair likely detached early during decomp and stayed at storage site. No hair mass found w/ remains. Body mostly skeletonized before move. Remains staged (possibly dressed). Placed in shallow grave well after death . Site shows minimal insect/scavenger activity. Classic secondary disposal. imo
